Eight of us tried this pub for the first time and had a great evening. It’s small but a great atmosphere and a nice outdoor area. Lots of beer choices, good food(brisket was great in the sliders and quesadillas) and the bartender was amazing! Best customer service I’ve had in a long time!

Not sure why there was a lower rated review for the pretzel bun on the hamburgers, those things rock! I will say that, for better or worse, it seems the Habanero burger(have ordered 3 times) was different each time. My saga: * First trip. The habanero burger had habanero sauce and chopped, loose habaneros in the burger. * The next visit had the habaneros diced and cooked in with the egg so that they did not fall out(best idea, please always do this) but no habanero sauce(sad me). * The third trip was just habanero sauce. My least favorite rendition, as the habaneros do add to the effect. Overall, I really like the burger, but was trying to figure out why each trip was a little different.

This is our local that we go to a few times a week when we feel like getting out for a few beers. The list is concise, changes regularly and the atmosphere is always warm/welcoming. We have eaten brunch & bar snacks several times and the food is always delicious. Shannon & Nadia are great bartenders and always ensure we have everything we need in a timely and courteous manner.

I almost don’t want to write about how great this place is for fear others will find out and I won’t be able to enjoy it as much! We are here on a Sunday for football with our fantasy league. Awesome service, the staff is right on top of everything with a smile and we couldn’t be happier with the wide selection of options in the menu both for food and drinks. There are breakfast and lunch options which was an unexpected surprise. Everyone enjoyed their food. No complaints! And the owner worked hard to coordinate all the games on select TVs for our viewing pleasure.

Food is getting old. Too expensive for what you get. Wings are weak and burgers don’t need a pretzel bun.

Best food I’ve ever had at a bar. Try the brisket dip, buffalo burger or club sandwich. Love that the do trivia on Thursdays and bingo on Tuesdays. My boyfriend and I love this place

I have yet to check out the patio. But whenever I Drive by it looks full and people look happy. The prices on their beers are respectable. The Food is very very good and priced reasonably as well.

Great service and I had Three Brisket tacos and a draft beer on Tuesday for 9 bucks. The tacos are perfect. I left full and happy.

Great little neighborhood gathering. Drinks are great, food pretty darn good. Love having the deck covered from the wind and heater makes it great for an any time hang out. Give Bullseye Pub and try you won’t be disappointed.

Their smoked meats definitely bring an original flair, as do the homemade sauces. Not to mention great beers always on tap. With a nice cozy feel, inside and out, this can easily be a perfect local haunt to getaway from the every day pace of life.

The food is decent for a small neighborhood pub. Their beer selection is just so so. The service is also so so. When they first opened they had good service, friendly staff, and we were happy to support them as a small business. But I think the ownership changed and they hired new people. The waitresses always seem put out like we’re keeping them from something more important. It took a turn for the worse as soon as they turned the front patio into a smoking room. You can’t walk in or out of the pub without walking through a cloud of smoke. And as a non-smoker its not an enjoyable space in the summer. It’s a bummer.

This is a pretty nice little bar. They have a lot of items on their menu and go beyond basic bar food. This place is a little cramped on the inside but had a nice outdoor area. Definitely a cute little bar that I would come to for the drinks and the food.

We had the rib special with coleslaw, cornbread, and beans. The ribs were good, the beans were excellent, and the coleslaw was pretty good too. The drinks were reasonably priced, the service was great. However, the wifi sucks! This is a bar a couple blocks from a junior college. Is just plain bad management to have sucky wifi in a bar like this!

It’s a no-frills bar with outdoor space out front(complete with heat lamps in cooler temps), and the kind of friendly bartender who waits to total your tab until after happy hour’s started up in order to save you a dollar or two. Win! Though I didn’t dine while I was there, Bullseye has an extensive pub menu with expected stuff(like burgers and sandwiches) and a few surprises(like a pear and gorgonzola spinach salad or wrap). Breakfast is served all day every day, something that appeals to me since there’s no wrong time for a $ 7 breakfast burrito with avocado! And again, as I’m finding is the case no matter how fancy-or-divey the Portland bar, there’s some good beer on tap(Alameda, Hop Valley, a seasonal rotation). I’m in the neighborhood often enough that I need a couple of places for my SW rotation, and Bullseye’s hit the list… and the spot.

When I started writing reviews, I promised myself I would try to be balanced. Knowing that I’m a lover and not a fighter, I thought to myself that I should write one bad/not great review for every good one, but since I’m pretty picky about where I go, I usually end up liking places and have written mostly positive reviews. I was excited about the Bullseye because it’s my neighborhood bar within walking distance. Walked there with some friends during the 2014 snow storm and was disappointed. The menu has some good options, but the food was only so-so. There was no happy hour though the menu lists it as «every day» and the service was not great(slow which is understandable, but also rude), but it did appear that one gal was holding down the fort almost completely alone, so I can only imagine this was the result of the storm. I’ll give this place another try, hoping our not great experience was related to the weather.

A small pub with a great feel to it. We went before going to dinner on a Wednesday evening, so we had drinks, but no food. Our bartender was friendly, that’s always a plus. More importantly, of course, she mixed a fine drink. The covered patio seems bigger than the bar itself, which isn’t saying too much. I suppose if I were bothered by cigarette smoke, though, it would be annoying to walk through that to get to the front door.

Went to Bullseye last night for the first time and thought we would try out the happy hour. First off, the bar is small, which I like. It doesn’t take a whole lot of people to make it feel like it is busy. The décor is great and it just feels cozy on a rainy day. There is outdoor seating too which looks like it will be great when the sun decides to show up again in 6 months. The happy hour menu is pretty limited to a choice of deep fried crap. Don’t get me wrong, the food was descent, but if you want something with some substance the happy hour fails to deliver. Probably the best thing on he happy hour menu was the taquitos but even those were deep fried. It would be great if they could add a smaller hamburger to the happy hour or maybe some chicken strips. Please?! I cannot speak to the regular food but what I saw coming out of the kitchen looked good. The service was great, full bar and nice beer selection. In general the place was clean and drinks were good. We will return.

good place in the neighborhood of SW/Sylvania and SW49th. There’s nothing really around it. I like that it’s small and cozy. I think their patio is genius. Heaters, covering, and a TV that faces outside. I’ve only sat at bar, staff friendly. I know the owners from Bounty Hunter. Had a little app. one day(sausage and cheese/fondue with bread) unique and good.
