I was immediately drawn to this food truck. The beautiful blue paint job held my gaze and drew me near. A really nice woman was working the truck and the menu looked interesting. I ordered a grilled mac ‘n’ cheese sandwich. Awesome concept! It’s definitely worth $ 4 because of the size alone. The thick bread was buttered well and gave a hearty crunch when I bit into it. The mac ‘n’ cheese was cooked well but really needed some salt. Additional seasoning would be appreciated. I’m a sucker for lovely beverages. The strawberry jalapeño lemonade was sweet, spicy, and perfect for that hot summer day. For $ 2, it was a steal! Although this is a food truck, I’ve categorized it in my food pod list because it was located in a food pod with food carts. I believe it was the only food truck I saw here.

The menu has sandwiches, drinks, and rotating specials. The pulled pork sandwich is one of the bestselling items, including a cart-made BBQ sauce. Very juicy pulled pork, thanks to being slow-cooked in an oven for about eight hours. The tangy BBQ sauce contains apple cider vinegar and is awesome with the pulled pork. The spicy strawberry lemonade includes a bit of cayenne. The spice — if any — will hit you on the throat. Very refreshing drink. Banana pudding makes occasional appearances on the menu. The recipe comes from the owner’s stepmom. A plastic cup is only filled maybe halfway; I’d pay more money to have it filled to the top. Pandas love huge portions. This is a cart worth checking out!

Had the chicken salad sandwich. Tasty and affordable. Looking forward to my next visit.
