Helpful and nice staff, healthy fish, and best of all cheapest prices for great looking adult cichlids. I used to go to Wetspot which I like but man… Way cheaper here. I wish I woulda known a long time ago about this place.

We went in looking for more fish to add to our 150 gallon tank. We had questions because our blood parrot cichlid is very aggressive and we have had no luck in the past with adding new fish to the tank. The lady who helped us was very knowledgeable and directed us to the fish that would be best for our situation. She answered all of our questions and was very helpful. The guy that checked us out was also very nice. He gave us a business card and told us to call if we had any further questions. We ended up buying 10 fish. Very, very great job guys!!! We will be back in the future for all of our fish needs. Keep up the excellent customer service!

Unfortunately there is two different couples that own This store.
Having said that Jerry and his wife were so helpful and gave us great customer service above and beyond!
Shane and his wife unfortunately did not .
We had a small issue with Shane’s wife about a fish she had sold us .As far as we were concerned the problem was solved.
But unfortunately she could not get over it and all but refused to help us. Once we found out they were part owners we could not conceive to put any more money in there pockets.
To bad really but I guess the fish store business is so good that it’s ok to treat customers in this manner .
We will drive passed your store and go elsewhere even if it takes us further out.

I recently decided to get rid of my fish, I wouldn’t take them anywhere else. I have had fish for over 30 years and NEVER had a sick or bad fish from this place. I have from chain stores, but not Caye’s. Sometimes it’s busy in there and you have to wait a bit, but the wait is worth it. Highly recommend.

I love this place. I can’t say enough good about their customer service and knowledge. I past two block stores to drive all the way to Caye’s. If you haven’t been there, you need to check it out. I started going 18 years ago and recently got my tank up and running again now that my boys are old enough to enjoy it. They love coming with me to the store and checking out all the exotic fish.

I love this place! My first time going and I was very impressed! So many fish. They even have SEAHORSES! Amazing! The lady working was very patient with my little brother and I and she was very knowledgeable. I was looking at a fish to get and she asked if I had other fish like guppies, which I do, so she told me that fish wouldn’t be a good match because it will bite at their tails. I was very pleased that she helped me decide if the fish we picked out were going to be a good fit for my tank. I will definitely be back:)

Love this place. Dozens of tanks with either Fresh Water or Salt Water Fish. Saw some huge fish too. A couple Creepy ones as well. Good selection of Coral or Plants for your hungry aquatic life. Clean store and clean tanks. Not all gross smelling like a lot of fish stores. Not so much on Tanks for sale but they’re easy to find all over town, good healthy fish are the hard part. Nice selection of Chemicals and fish food. Nice folks running the place, helped me decide.

This place is great. I have gone here since I was a little kid. They are very knowledgeable. Their fish are not diseased like the ones you’ll find at petco. They will help you rehab your existing fish if you bring them in and ask them nicely. They have been in business for a very very long time which tells you that they are good at what they do.

Knowledgeable staff. Good selection of fish. The only problem is sometimes its hard to get service because they can be busy. They are definitely the place to go if you have questions. They will take their time to make sure you are getting fish that fit your tank. They won’t just sell you something to make a sale. They’ve probably talked me out of as many fish as they have sold me. They want to make sure you are doing it right and have healthy fish.
