Cedar Mill Home Theater was responsive to my inquiry and gave me a cheaper quote than the two other shops. My fix was a relatively simple configuration call and Carlos made very short work of the matter and wrapped things up quickly.
Carlos also did a good job explaining the specifics of the configuration and got my remotes in order as well. Very good experience.

Didn’t buy any products here, but had some basic installation work done. I contacted every Home Theater shop in the Portland area for a quote on the work, and Cedar Mill were the only ones who even bothered to get back to me. Days later, I still haven’t heard back from the other shops.
They came out the day after giving me a quote, and while the installation was pretty basic (wall mounted screen, ceiling mounted projector, and a few speaker wires run along baseboards), the tech did quality work, and came in well under the quoted price. I will definitely be using these guys again the future.
