Clarks

This review is long overdue!
I walked into Clark’s after the first day at my new job (with blistered heels) — exhausted… and the staff helped hook me up with a pair of terribly comfortable (and reasonably attractive) work shoes & a lovely AND comfortable pair of Mary-​Jane type heels. Picked up some socks and a brand new bag (that will actually fit 8.5″ by 11″ paperwork). Walked out feeling happy to have some help to get me through the coming months.
Ended up calling in a couple weeks later about a billing issue and I’ll admit I wasn’t my kindest self… but they put up with me and helped me figure out what had happened and I ended up returning to purchase another pair of shoes & some waterproofing spray (forgot about that!).
Big thanks to everyone at this Clarks for helping me find the right shoes! Almost a month later and I’m still feeling really happy with my purchases (everything seemed fairly priced to me, and I like feeling like I found a good deal!) They also gave me a couple coupons and have a punch card program for frequent shoppers :-)

Excellent customer service, the girl helping us was very knowledgable and friendly. She put up with my demanding friend like a champ!
They have great shoes for men and women and often have sales. I do not think their shoes are overpriced for the quality either. I will only wear Clark’s to work, and I’m on my feet all day. I’m 23 and style and comfort are both equally important to me. Clarks are great and I constantly getting compliments on my shoes whenever I wear one of the 3 pairs of work shoes I have!

Although I ended up exchanging, and then subsequently returning the boots I purchased two weeks ago, I still had a great experience both times.
The sales associate at the Clackamas location was helpful and friendly. When I went to exchange for a different color at the Pioneer Place location, the associate was even more friendly. She was easy going and not pushy in the way that she tried to upsell me. When I went BACK to the Clackamas location, yet again, my return was a quick and simple process.
I plan to return to Clarks for my boot needs next winter ;)
