Taylor recently helped me upgrade from an iPhone 4 to an iPhone 6, which also required changing my data plan. She patiently reviewed the cost differences between multiple phone and data plan options, and even helped me transfer data to my new phone. All of my questions were answered, the first phone bill with my new phone and plan was without issues (first time I’ve ever changed plans and NOT had to call and straighten things out after the first bill), and I love my new phone!
