They must be short staffed. Stood here for 15 minutes on a Wednesday and the place is deserted. I am a loyalty member and just need a replacement glass for my phone. This may be the end of my ZAGG relationship.

This company is called High Mile Corp, Invisibleshield. I visited the Pioneer Place location on 11÷20÷15. The service representative Jack is as professional as any corporate employer could have. Unfortunately, I’ve made a mistake investing in this product. I purchased it in August of this year and it already chipped and cracked in November. Jack explained he has been using the same glass laminate on his android for about six years. What does that mean? I bought a shield protector so I wouldn’t have to treat my phone like a Faberge egg. When I purchased this product I was leaning towards the synthetic laminate instead of the glass. My service rep in Tigard said glass was the only way to go for serious protection. So after purchasing the iPhone 6, what’s another $ 45.00? She explained it would have a life warranty and I didn’t think the company would go belly up, however, the Clackamas, Lloyd Center and many of these kiosks are disappearing. To add insult to injury, a replacement is not free; it turns out after paying $ 45.00 a couple months ago, I have to pay $ 5.00 to have a replacement. Once again, this is not a bad review due to customer service. Jack was exactly Mr. Corporate. The review is to warn other consumers not to purchase this product. Find a piece of laminate at K-mart, Sears or a craft store instead. I should have bought a phone cover at the Apple Store it would have cost the same amount and there is no deductible exchanging a damaged one. Again, the cost /reward ratio is not worth the purchase. Oh, and they don’t validate parking at the Pioneer Mall

It is true, this Company has hire Mall-Rats to operate their Stands, but I found the Pioneer location to have the one of the few sensible, professional Sales Representative working for them. I have frequented several locations over the years, but this location gave me free upgrade, because I so disappointed with Lyyod centers lack of professionalism. Lyyod centers Rep’s «Attitude», almost earned him some grave body damage. The Glass Shield product is great, although I have broken it twice, so if you are the least bit competent and have difficulty tolerating uneducated children. Buy it online and install it yourself, for their stock price is falling and my prediction is that will be the only way of obtaining in the future.

Ugh, my first 1 star review. I purchased an invisableShield from this location about 2 weeks ago. I was just about to leave on a weeks vacation when I purchased it, and the sales associate promised that the 1 week warranty for bubbles would be extended for me because of my travel. +1 for the nice sales clerk who just made a sale for his company! I would not have purchased here if they did not grant me a little extra time for my return. 3 days into our trip — bubbles! As soon as I was back in town I headed down for a new shield. The girl working was SO nice and helped me replace my bubbled one. She told me to make sure and let it set for about a day or two before I touched it to make sure all looked good. So I did. After 2 full days I noticed a couple bubbles under the shield, again. So, I set out to Pioneer Place, again, for a replacement. For $ 30, this thing should be close to perfect so I have no doubt that they will address my issue. Wrong. A not-so-friendly sales clerk named Zac was working today. I told him my story, and he said that since I was past my warranty period there was nothing he could do for me. I explained, once again, that the VERY nice clerks working both other times promised that if I had any issues that it would be no problem to get it addressed at this kiosk. He told me that they should not be working there if they told me that. Wow. If it wasn’t for the previous sales associates I would not have spent money on this company’s product, or I would have demanded a refund from the corporate headquarters. I had already told other potential customers about their excellent service and would have continued to do so. But, after today I will not return. Zac told me that his boss worked in Utah, so there was no way to contact him. He said that I could speak to the regional manager who works at Washington Square and he gave me that number. After 45 minutes of calling to a busy signal(«whoops, I guess the phone was left off the hook for 3 hours») I decided to drive to Washington Square to talk, in person, with Ryan. He was not much more help and had a similar attitude, but at least he replaced my shield before I had to get medieval on their ass. I would not recommend purchasing an invisableSheild from either of the horrible customer service providers mentioned above. This company seems to have a great product, so I hope that they will focus a little more on their customer service in the future so that they can feel good about charging $ 30 for a piece of film.
