Columbia Rovers

I brought my 2005 Land Rover in for front end suspension problems including a noticeable pop when you hit a pot hole. The shop told me I needed upper and lower control arms assemblies ($ 1600) and nothing else. I picked up the truck and paid and noticed the same popping that you could even feel in the steering column. I went back and drove the vehicle on gravelly roads with the owner and it was rattling like an old army jeep. The owner insisted this was normal and refused to properly diagnose and/​or fix the problem. Take your business anywhere else as I don’t think they know what they’re doing.

I wouldnt go anywhere else. They are honest,. fantastic customer service.

I have taken my Landrovers to Columbia Rovers for years. However, when ownership changed a couple of years ago, the service went downhill and they wouldn’t exchange used tire rims I bought there for the correct size for my vehicle. Unless the previous owners take this service center back, you would be wise to take your rover somewhere else!

These guys are terrific very helpful I feel like I’ve always gotten exactly what they said I stopped by today because of an engine light and it was just the gas cap loose. Fixed at no charge!!! Thank you Columbia Rovers!

I really liked this place as it was within walking distance to my condo and has very comparable prices for rovers. I’ve taken my Range here many times; however, my last experience has caused me to never want to return. I went in for an $ 80 oil change and tire rotation and left with my oil leaking and a front wheel about to fall off. They failed to put the bottom oil cap on and on my way to Beaverton I leaked oil and ended up having to have my rover towed at 10pm. They didn’t apologize for their error and acted like it was no big deal… kinda awkward. Then, about two months later and about 1500 miles after my oil change, I notice my front wheel lug nuts look loose. I take it in to a different shop (green dog rovers — highly recommended) for new brakes and they show me how my wheel only has one tight lug nut and my wheel was about to fall off. Like WTF Columbia Rovers? Was this bad service because I’m not a 40 year old soccer mom who comes to you for every little issue or a 55 year old executive with a never ending supply of Ranges? Needless to say, I’ve found a new shop that doesn’t skip out on the little (or big) details.

Do you want to take your car someplace reliable that will do a great job getting what you need done in a reasonable amount of time for a decent cost?
Or would you rather pay someone an arm and a leg to do a bang-​up job on your car that involves calling a tow truck to come save you after you get an oil change earlier that day? And then go get your breaks checked, only to find out that the last place that did your alignment only fully screwed in ONE lug nut onto your wheel. So your wheel is hanging on by ONE lug nut.
If you want the first option, go somewhere else. But if you want to take your car in to get fixed, and then have another person fix that same problem again, just because you’re so rich and have enough money to fix the problem twice, go to Columbia Rovers. They’ll be sure to screw everything up so you can get it done again elsewhere.

I used to take my Land Rover to the dealership but now I go to Columbia Rovers. Brent is great!
My bill is ¼ of what I paid at Land Rover dealership. Great service, great price, and highly recommend this place to anyone who owns a Land Rover.
My Land Rover is old, but it’s still running and with an affordable maintainence tag thanks to Brent and his team at Columbia.
What I like most is that he gives me options, tells me what I can expect, and even give me contact names to see what they have to say. It’s very rare and refreshing.
