I’m new to Portland and Complete Designs was recommended by a friend. It’s very close to where I work. Steve was great! He took the time to look through the complicated color work my former stylist had done, asking me questions to make sure I got what I wanted. I love the casual feeling and the interaction between the stylists and customers. And my hair turned out perfect!

Lori is the best!!! I leave feeling beautiful every time. There are several technicians and the vibe is very relaxed, easy going and affordable. My favorite food cart is across the street, so I always grab lunch too. The location is great and there’s parking!
