I should have written this months ago. They are amazing. We first discovered coops when I was pregnant, and we got quite a few late night deliveries. Since then we moved to milwaukie, out of delivery range. But one late night driving home I decided to see if I could get cookies from their location. And, I’m assuming, the owner of this marvelous bakery, actually met me at a gas station so that I could pick up the cookies from her. It was totally sketchy looking. But I got cookies! And she remembered delivering to me when I was pregnant, which was really sweet. Anyway. Order cookies from them, it will make you feel good.

Just got cookies delivered at midnight on Sunday, so perfect! Couple of the cookies were too dry, but that’s a very small price to pay considering the awesomeness of cookies delivered at midnight :)

The specials are unbelievable! This week it’s chocolate mint truffle, they are oozing with hot fudgy goodness. For the high-quality ingredients and size of the cookies, it’s a bargain. Perfect comfort food. Just wish they were open every day. But then it wouldn’t be as special, would it?

These cookies are amazing. Delivery was super fast and they’re huge! They arrived warm and with cold milk. This could be trouble having such an awesome late night option for delivery but I’m not complaining.

After seeing Coops on the Mercury Instagram I had to try it, so I ordered one of every flavor(5 that night) so I could truly experience this late night marvel. What did I find? These cookies are huge. Like, put it in your palm and it will cover your hand huge. And each flavor was better than the last. Coops even killed it with ginger molasses and oatmeal raisin, though peanut butter chocolate chip was my favorite. Delivery was fast and being able to pay by card was awesome. The owner was our delivery person which was a nice nod to how DIY and small Portland is. Can’t wait to order again!

We were visiting Portland for a conference, staying at the Crowne Plaza Portland Downtown. I had a craving for dessert, but was without a car and didn’t feel like wandering around. I went looking for dessert delivery online and found Coop’s! This was so awesome and so much fun. We chose our cookies(chocolate chip, peanut butter cc, and triple chocolate) and I called to place our milk and cookie order. I was told it «could» be an hour, but would probably be faster. It was faster – probably took 35 minutes. There was a slight snafu with our milk order, which they clearly realized before bringing our delivery. They must have run out of milk because we received 1 can of soda, at no charge, in place of one of the milks. My favorite cookie was the peanut butter cc(though I’m not typically a pb fan). It has crystallized sugar dusted on top and was warm and gooey. Just delicious. Others liked the plain CC best. These cookies are huge so one per person is MORE than enough. I’m also really impressed by the size of their delivery area at such a reasonable price. I really wish we had something like this in Boise.

Delivery was fast and the cookies were awesome. I got delivery the first night they were open, and I have nothing but praise. The cookies were hot, the milk was cold, and I got a free lighter with a bottle opener on it. The cookies are a lot bigger than I was expecting, I got three and had leftovers. With the lack of late-night delivery in Portland, Coop’s is a welcome addition.
