Core Pilates is one of the best things that has happened to me since I moved to Portland 3.5 years ago. It is a clean, body positive, with high quality machines studio in a very convenient location. Leslee could tell that I had some unevenness in my body during our first session prior to me saying anything. She is very knowledgable about the body, good posture practices, and knowing how to work with a variety of folks from individuals who have been doing pilates for years to a sweet 90 year old learning something new. The people who come to the studio provides a strong sense of community. I have had multiple back surgeries and every time I take a break from pilates I immediately feel weaker and vulnerable to injury, I highly suggest investing in yourself by joining our community at Core Pilates!
