I have been going to Transformations for individual sessions in Holistic Biomechanics and in personal training. My instructor, Bobbi, is truly an incredible teacher, communicator, and trainer. I have learned SO much about how my body works in just a few sessions and feel an increased sense of awareness, physical freedom, and energy as a result of our sessions. I find that my mind is always racing with excitement after each session with new awareness and information. I love it!
The studio itself is beautiful and well-​equipped for a variety of physical activities. I think the price is incredibly reasonable for the knowledge and experience Bobbi has.
