Donald replaced the battery in my digital wristwatch for $ 15 in about ten minutes while I waited. He was very friendly and chatty.
Afterward I noticed that the buttons were kind of stuck, so I took it back and he took the time to clean them so that they worked better at no extra charge.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. I ordered a watch part from them on May15. After 30 days I contacted them and was told it was backordered and expected soon. Now almost 60 days from the order I have no part and now no response to email requests on status. I am now contacting the bank for chargeback and the BBB to file a complaint with them concerning non-​fulfillment of an order. Horrible customer service at best and communication is 0. Stay away from this merchant for online purchases.

Donald was an absolutely pleasure to work with. I spent the majority of my Saturday morning driving around to the bigger watch repair services only to be repeatedly told that they either don’t work on automatics, or that it would cost me more to repair than the watch was worth. Being that this watch is so special to me, I took it to DeLoach and after about 30 minutes my baby was repaired, cleaned, and running smoothly. All with a whopping bill of $ 20. I’m ecstatic to have my watch back and could not be more pleased! I will recommend these guys to everyone I can! Thanks again Donald, you now have a devout customer!

Awesome service! I needed a new battery on my dive watch and Don, the owner, replaced the battery, lubricated a few mechanical points, cleaned and lubricated the O-​ring before closing the watch. He was very friendly and answered all my questions. One of the buttons that is used to set the time was stiff and he opened the watch up again, cleaned the mechanism till it worked smoothly then re-​lubricated the O-​ring before closing the watch up. He didn’t charge anything extra for any of this extra attention!
I have recommended him to many of my friends at work. I will be a returning customer!
