Went here as the place I normally go to is closed on Thursdays. Andrew was very helpful and replaced my watch battery while I waited. It took less than 5 minutes. Other places will have you come back after a few days. I’m really glad that I found this place.

Andrew was fast and friendly! I came in for a new watch battery and he changed it right then and there in less than 5 minutes. It was a quick stop off 185^th and I would recommend his shop to others. The watch battery plus installation was $ 8 and they accept card payments. Only good things to say about this place! Thanks, Andrew!

I had a pleasant experience at this jewelry repair shop. I had to get my engagement ring sized down and Andrew was fast, professional and friendly. It only took 20 minutes for him to size my ring and he even checked it on my finger to make sure it was the right size. He also charged less than the area jewelry stores quoted me. I left a very happy customer with a smile on my face. :)

I had a sport watch battery replaced and a ring resized. Andrews work on resizing my ring was amazing. You can’t tell where it was cut. Reasonably priced and better yet he did the adjustment on the spot! Will go back again!

Stopped by Advantage Jewelry & Watch Repair to have a battery installed in a sports watch that had stopped working. After showing the watch to Andrew, he took a look and determined that one of the delicate mechanical components in the watch had been bent. He quickly fixed the watch, installed the battery and got everything working in no time at all. Really appreciated his explanation of what was wrong with the watch and what needed to be fixed. The guys at this shop are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I’ll definitely be coming back in the future, cannot recommend this shop enough.

I went here today for a battery replacement on my watch. The service was very fast and friendly. He changed the battery on the spot and got me out of there in about five minutes.

I had a ring resized today and he resized it right there in under 7 minutes for a fraction of the cost of other places I called who told me it would take a week. I couldn’t be happier! The man helping me (I think it was Andrew?) was extremely nice too. 5 stars for sure.

My husband has a 4-​year old Raymond Weil watch with automatic winding (no battery, the watch being moved around on the wrist provides energy to wind the watch). A couple of months ago the watch would not stay wound. Even winding it manually it would stop after several hours. After looking for a watch repair on the internet with good reviews, my husband took his watch to Avantage Jewelry-​N-​Watch repair. Andrew, the owner, looked the watch over and said the self-​winding mechanism was stuck (you can see through the back of the watch and a part which is supposed to be moving freely was not moving.) He offered to open up the watch right then and take a look. Ten minutes later he brought it back saying «all fixed.» Some very small piece of metal, which should not have been there, got caught in the self-​winding mechanism. He removed it, checked the watch out, and said it should now work fine. When my husband offered to pay Andrew said «no charge». Are you kidding? With the expertise, time, and expense of running a strorefront getting a watch fixed for free does not seem right. My husband insisted and paid him anyway. How much would some other business charge for this service? Who knows, but Andrew was knowledgeable, very nice, and certainly deserves the business

My wife needed 2 bracelets resized and found this place on Unilocal.Work was completed extremely quickly and affordable price. Anytime we need work done for my watches or my wife’s jewelry this is where we will go. Andrew was professional and efficient also very friendly. I will recommend this place to my friends and family

The folks at this jewelry and watch shop took care of a problem for me that has been on the back burner for 20 years. I have a very old music box, which I got from my great-​grandmother, who in turn got it from her son in Japan sometime in the 1950s.
It’s not much to look at, but it has enormous sentimental value. And for years, it hasn’t played right. I had assumed that you needed some kind of spring replacement, or some other difficult repair.
The gentleman behind the counter took a look at it, and expressed concern about being able to fix it, «since it’s not a watch». But he went for it anyway, and it turned out it only needed to be cleaned with some perfect duster, and lubricated. Within 3 minutes, it worked like it did when I was a boy.
No charge. I’ll never go anywhere else.

Cute older gentleman looked at the watch I brought today, and fixed it on the spot. I haven’t had this kind of customer service for a long time. The place is much bigger on the inside and there is a listed price range depending on what you want done. This was a 20 minute drive for me but so worth it!

Great selection of watch bands. Had to get my grandfathers watch a new battery and band. The service was great and very quick. They even cleaned the watch for free. Definitely will come here from now on!

I accidentally drop my Rolex submariner on the floor and it stopped working. I did not know what to do. It completely slip out of my hand when I took it off. One day, when I was doing my errands, I saw Advantage Jewelry N Watch Repair just recently open. I took a chance and just walked in. I was introduced by the owner Andrew, and I explained my problem. He told me, «just bring it in so I can see what is wrong with it.»
Brought it in the next day and showed my watch to him. He told me what was wrong with and he said, «I can fix it, just give me about an hour.» About an hour later, my watch is fix. He even open it up and explain to me what had happen and what was done. Andrew is a life saver. I save so much money.
I can’t recommend them highly enough. They are going to be my personal jeweler. I am guaranteed to be back for all of my jewelry and watch repairs.
