Great tacos! Perfectly marinated and seasoned. Also, it’s in a bus with heating and seating. Pretty awesome.

Super awesome burritos! And the gal working there is SO kind. It’s the kind of place I like handing over my money to. Totally recommend. It’s great for take away lunch!

This bus is really great, you can sit inside and it has heat in the winter and air conditioning in the summer. The people there are super nice and the food is awesome. I should only eat half a torta but it’s so delicious I just cannot stop. Then I have to waddle home and be uncomfortable for a few hours because I overate! It’s that good. Best of all the price is right! I am so glad to have a place like this in my neighborhood! So please go down and give these people some love(business) because I don’t want them to move.

Stopped in after dropping off some cardboard for recycling down the street at Far West Fibers. It’s a remodeled bus, painted blue and in the parking lot, just north of Naomi’s. You go up the steps, and there’s seating along both sides, and the kitchen is in the back. I went around 1, and there were four Hispanic looking guys(all separate), sitting and waiting for their food, and the one lady in the back cooking. She came to take my order when there was a break in her cooking. Definitely a bit of broken English and a little language barrier — ended up they were out of most of the meats, so I just got myself a carne asada burrito. Not a big deal, just took an extra minute to communicate. While waiting for my food, I saw the four other orders come up — some tacos, a torta, and a burrito. Everything looked fantastic, especially the torta. Food was cooked to order and it came out a bit slow — not sure if it’s faster when they’re doing a bit of volume. A very small operation — the fridge behind the cash register had art from what looked like a few different small children, and I think saying things like«I love you ____»(in Spanish). In any case, I got my burrito(to go). .. didn’t open the bag till I got home, at which point I was surprised with how massive the thing was. Could easily have stretched it to two meals if I wanted(so a total steal at $ 6). Burrito was very tasty — even with the massiveness, I ended up eating the whole damn thing. A bit heavy on the beans and rice, but not to the point where I was like«Where’s the carne asade?»

Sharing is caring now don’t overcrowd my fav taco spot. They relocated next to Naomi’s organic farm supply. This is just off 26th and holgate.

Heads up — the location of this place has changed. It’s now down on 26th between Holgate and Steele, right next to Naomi’s. The food here is awesome! Lots of meat and veggie options to chose from. It’s a bit more expensive than the taco cart two blocks down, but the burritos are twice as big, and TASTIER! I knocked one star off because the bus window displays credit card logos(suggesting that the place takes cards), but it is a cash-only place.

Only one visit so far, but it was delicious! Air conditioned seating on stools inside the bus, very comfortable. Super friendly man greeted us right as we walked in even though he was working on another meal, took our order, and went back to work. I got the Al Pastor Burrito and it was extremely well seasoned, juicy, and fresh. Can’t wait to go back.

Great tacos, which is all we have had so far on out two visits. Love the carne asada and homemade hot sauces. The owner is such a lovely man. Can’t wait to go back!
