Over rated. My sandwich was bland and tasted old. I wouldn’t go back.
You can’t order drinks at the food cart, it’s an awkward situation. If the bar is busy then your Out of luck. I’m not sure why they don’t make it so you can pay either the bar or the food truck.

Seriously the best buffalo wings I’ve had on the West Coast (for some odd reason it’s difficult to find good buffalo wings outside New York and the general New England area) — These Guys have done it! The chicken is very high quality, perfect crispy breading and tossed in their incredible tangy slightly spicy buffalo sauce. and you gotta get the wings with their house– made blue cheese dressing to dip!
I recommend calling ahead if you are taking food to go, These Guys doesn’t have a phone in the food truck outside, but the Brooklyn Park Pub can take your order.
*Note: the only way to get to the cart is by going through the pub to the fenced-​in back patio.

We felt like walking the dog and getting some take-​out at the same time, so we gave this place a try. It doesn’t look like much, but the food was great. The folks in the bar didn’t mind us walking the dog back to the food truck and we took the owner/chef’s recommendation of the pork quesadilla along with some tacos. We’ll definitely be back.

I decided to try this place to get some good brisket while in Portland. Asked about the brisket sandwich and the owner says the other owner left so he has a different menu. I was a bit nervous that he might be upset I inquired on the brisket but he suggested the pork quesadilla. I’m from San Diego where authentic Mexican food is everywhere but wanted to try a different take on it. I ordered it and waited in the connected bar while drinking a pint. Finished the beer in 10 min and the guy brought my food in for me just as I finished. Oh man am I satisfied! The quesadilla was amazing! Huge and full of cilantro, my favorite, and the tortilla was so crispy! I couldn’t even finish the thing but at least I can enjoy it again! Definitely go here if you want an awesome meal and a quick beer!

On the expensive side but man are the wings worth it. The guys are nice and seem to love what they are doing. Cool location too, food cart is located on the back patio of Brooklyn Park Pub. You have to go thru the pub to get to the cart. Not a bad excuse to stop in for a whiskey or a beer.

We love the Brooklyn Park Pub and when we found These Guys out back we thought we won the lottery! The brisket sandwich is perfect and I really never liked collard greens until my husband made me taste the one from this food cart.

The best greens I’ve found in the Portland… brisket sandwich is rockin’…everything else is hit or miss. including customer service. Do not try a call in order. the number listed is the Brooklyn Park Pub’s number and they will give you attitude about having to take the phone to the actual food cart which will lead to even more attitude… great greens though.

Another winner here in lonely Brooklyn! I’ve seen this little cart go from barely seen to full on patronage now and they deserve it. I went by for the Brisket sandwich and a order of wings and I was all over that brisket. The only thing I didn’t like was the bread tasted like it was smothered in butter or something. The wings were perfect. They didn’t drown em in Frank’s and they were a nice serving size. Brooklyn Pub did themselves a solid for letting this cart snuggle up.
Definitely returning for other items to try.

Awesome brisket sandwich! The meat is well cooked, and the sauce-​on-​the-​side is a great mix between flavor and just a little spice.
And the bread is made out of crack or something. SOOO good with the meat.

Pretty Damn Good!!! I had the brisket sandwich and the greens, THE BOMB!!! The meat on the sandwich was so good, you could see smoke rings in the meat. The bread that they put it on was outta this world and the greens were money. Will definitely be going back.

The new menu item, Korean style wings were the SLAP! Coupled with the cart-​made bleu cheese dressing … fOOdGASM. Also, tried the buffalo wings. Best buffalo sauce I’ve ever tasted. Not too tangy like most.
Brisket was amazeballz too. Best brisket in Portland, dare I say.
Head into Brooklyn Park Pub anytime Wednesday — Saturday, from around 5 to 10pm. Order some dank beer and/​or whiskey inside, order from «These Guys» outside and you can eat it inside the bar.
I’m lucky to live 5 blocks away.

This is damn fine BBQ. Their brisket sandwich was fantastic. Smoky, tender, just enough pull to make it meaty, one of the finest chunks of brisket I’ve ever put into my mouth. And I’ve hit up some pretty solid BBQ joints. And the portion was ample. Plenty of succulent brisket ringed pink and beautiful.
I can’t say much about the cart, since they brought it to where my butt was planted next door in the Brooklyn Park Pub. Very kind of them. Cheers.

Five stars if they stayed open later… ah fuck it, five stars. Good dudes, great food and and awesome location… plus, for not being a bar, they are the one place that isn’t a chain (Subway, Jack in the Box) or 24 Hour Hotcake house, that is open after ten, which is late-​ish for this neighborhood. The menu is small, though what they offer is more than enough… The wings are great, and I’ve quite enjoyed their Carlton Pork Shoulder Sandwich.
Plus, the number one reason to visit… location! Located in the parking lot of the Brooklyn Park Pub, they provide a great service to this wonderful little neighborhood (never mind it’s two blocks from my place) So, if you are hungry and don’t feel like ordering in, take a step outside and check out These Guys.

This cart is GREAT! The food is always fresh. I can honestly say everything on their menu tastes amazing! David and Ben are two of the nicest guys you will ever meet. I eat there at least once a week (sometimes twice). I would definitely give it a try if you haven’t already!

The Collard Greens have more soul than any I’ve ever experienced. I’m still regretting that I didn’t make it back for another helping when I was in Portland. The smoked pork sandwich, the coleslaw, the wings were all delicious, but the collard greens. .. . Mmmmmmmmm.

New food cart in the Brooklyn neighborhood serves amazing smoked-​meat sandwiches and tacos. The cart is behind the Brooklyn Park Pub (whisk (e)y club members — make some noise). The guys that run the cart are laid back, but the meat belies much meticulous time and energy went into the smoking and the seasoning.
Have a drink and they deliver your food into the bar. Elijah Craig 12 year with smoked Wagyu tacos at a normal-​feeling neighborhood bar… what? That just happened.
