I walked in off the street to get a price quote on some basic brake work i. e shoes, rotors on a Ford Taurus. A surly woman told me that I had to make an appointment to bring in my car to get a quote. I thought the appointment to be an unnecessary expense, and a waste of time as I already knew what work that I needed, and was on a budget, so I declined and started to say goodbye. A mechanic walked in and told me to take a card «just in case I changed my mind». The mechanic asked me what work I needed, the car and year, etc. I answered his questions, and the rude woman got the year of my car wrong, and repeated that I would need to make an appointment for a quote. So. I’m not sure why I was asked any questions. I excused myself, and they asked if they had answered my question. I said not really, left the office, and tried to get my car out of their lot, which was now blocked by a car.
I guess they must have enough business because they don’t seem particularly friendly, just manipulative and ill mannered, but if you like being treated with contempt: go for it!

Excellent Experience. Nice people and competent. They addressed all of my concerns and were very thorough in both when I dropped off and picked up my car. The prices were fair and I didn’t feel rushed or cheated. This is now my place to go for sure.

The best auto repair shop if you want your classic car or vintage ride treated right.
The shop only has a few bays so you may have to wait to get an appointment, but the service you get is well worth the wait. Good honest mechanic with reasonable prices. Good turn around time (about a week for major overhaul). The shop has lots of old fords and is probably a good place for mustang and older ford truck repair.
Run by very nice and courteous people.

Bruce is exceptionally fair and will not charge you more than what it costs to get the job done. His team is knowledgeable and generally are able to turn around work in a day. They’ve gone completely out of his way to get used parts when I’ve asked and always check with me before performing the labor and they stick to their quote. The labor cost is exceptionally fair and you get your money’s worth. I don’t use anyone else.
