After looking at a few tile options, we picked emser for our floors, shower, and accent areas for 3 bathrooms. The variety of tile options (sizes, material, patterns and color) made it easy to find everything we envisioned. We were even given full size tile samples to take home.
The customer service is hit or miss. Sometimes the staff will greet you and offer assistance, other times you have to get their attention (even when there are no other customers). I would say we’ve had more positive than negative experiences. Every time we worked with Susan, the customer service was top notch!
