Slow. Unprofessional. Bad Service.
I made it clear I had a time sensitive project for my company and that I had zero proficiency at creating 3 proofs to be put into 8 foot vinyl posters. After I spent 6 hours learning how to use illustrator in order to create proofs and then submitting them only to get denied, Angel tells me «y’know we could create these proofs for you». Something I wish Angel told me two days ago. .…
… I would have gladly paid several grand to have these done for my company.
They lost my business and I would not recommend them. I circled back to my company and they have decided to avoid giving them future business.
Note: Be prepared to call them for a ‘status’ b/​c nobody called me or emailed me after I submitted the proofs. Lost two days on my project. Not cool.

Tonya and her crew do a terrific job! I needed a banner made. They helped with design, and suggested optimal font sizes. The banner was ready when promised and looked FANTASTIC!!! I would use them again.

I’m a Portland designer for businesses so do quite a bit of banner and sign commerce. Fastsigns has been on my quote list, but they have always taken days to get back to me.
I actually called them this morning to let them know that three other local sign companies had already responded by email to my RFQ, two of them called as well. I called Fastsigns as a courtesy to let them know that everyone else was in and that their name belied their service, again.
Instead of an apology or I’ll get your quote now, I got a, «We’re very busy at this store…» and a blaming the website quote system.
I was just calling as a courtesy, not to harangue anyone. Fastsigns neither apologized or actually gave me a quote.
As a professional who works with many Portland businesses, I would have to steer anyone looking for commerce with Fastsigns to somewhere else, unless your project timeline is unlimited.
I think that if you’re going to do B2B in Portland, you need to have your act together and practice some superior customer service. Fastsigns has simply failed repeatedly for me.

I love these guys. We have worked with them for our company’s front door signs for a few years now. They are professional, prompt, and we always get what we are looking for.

I can’t tell you what a God-​send this place is. I work in a place full of last-​minute sort of people. So when they told me they needed some decals made, and to have them by the next day, I thought they were nuts.
I called Fast Signs, and told them what I wanted. By that afternoon I had a quote along with a picture of what it would look like. I was able to pick them up the next day.
On top of this, it wasn’t that expensive. We paid $ 100 bucks for 20 decals, and like I said before, I was able to pick them up the next day!
I must also admit that I had no clue as to what I needed, and am seriously stunted when it comes to graphic terminology. Valerie was totally patient, and walked me through the entire process until I saw what I needed.
Oh, and as an added bonus, there is a parking lot which is a rarity in downtown.
