The coffee is excellent. Don’t let the lack of stars keep you from coming here. Buy their coffee, its delicious. Be wary of the service, the majority of the guys here are dicks, especially the bigger dude with long hair. He’s super arrogant and very much of a territorial prick.

This location has lots of seating for private study sessions or meeting of such. The back seating area is much better than the dark and dim lobby area. They’re pour overs are popular but this morning I’m having plain house drip. Five Points coffee have a variety of blends that display each elevation of where it’s from. Their signature roast is the High Score, which is a blend of both African and Latin American taste. Try it as an espresso or pour over!

This review is simply for the coffee. 5/5, excellent. Not too expensive either; I think it was just over $ 2.00 for a medium. The shop looked really cute. My typical complaint about coffee shops is that they don’t have enough seating, but this one had a whole another room attached to the main area, full of chairs and tables. I sat down for a few minutes with my coffee and watched some other people typing away on laptops, reading, etc. The music was nice and calming, and I appreciated that the seating was away from the door. I would go back!

We stopped in here while wandering around the neighborhood and was reeled in by their wonderful aroma of coffee! The barista working was very helpful because I wanted to bring home some fresh coffee grounds. He recommended the guatamala blend which was bold and fruity. I tried it the next day and it was absolutely true to description. The coffee, you can taste the quality. I cannot say enough about how tasteful their coffee is. I’m a fan!

Great coffee and nice people. Wish they had more food options, but it was a nice surprise!

I work next door to Five Points and it’s a nice place to go during my lunch break. I always order their vanilla latte because I’m boring and not good with change when it comes to my coffee. It’s really delicious! They offer baked goods from Petunias which is really nice when my blood sugar is getting low(thats the excuse I use haha.) Friendly service, good coffee, and great windows for people watching!

This is one of the few original establishments left since I moved here in this neighborhood for the last 4 – 5 years now to be exact. They recently had a changed of ownership/management I believed but nonetheless they still serve that distinct great cup of stumptown’s very own! This place is bright and open, so it’s a good space to grab that book you’ve been meaning to read or get some last minute work done. The baristas are always friendly and delivers an amazing cup of joe. If you’re a bit hungry they offer a good stack of local pastries, from muffins, scones and vegan delights! I know division is literally blowing up and there’s a coffee shop in almost every block, but give this place a shot and they sure won’t disappoint. Support local!

The best damn iced mocha I’ve ever had. Great art on the walls. Lots of seating(inside and out) AND outlets. It only took me six months but it looks like I’ve found my regular coffee place.

My favorite spot for a cappuccino! Lots of seating and free wifi for those study goers. The music isn’t too loud so you can have a good atmosphere to study or chit chat. The coffee here is very good. And I’m addicted to their cappuccinos. They are strong, and extremely dark. Pow, it will sock you in the mouth.

Really delicious coffee. Probably my favorite, ever. Chai sucks but the coffee is just so fucking god damned good you really shouldn’t be worried about the chai. They don’t do white chocolate if I recall correctly which I can respect places that do that, it’s kind of dumb to put so much work into a product and watch someone turn it into a liquid candybar. But what’s important to me is they still have dark chocolate. A small amount of dark chocolate compliments coffee so well in my opinion, that Coava can go straight to hell for not having anything but simple syrup.

Great coffee shop. Terrific latte, excellent drip. Hand poured chemex drip is perfection. The guys running the place were very informative and helpful. I asked them about equipment, water temps, coffees, etc, and they went above and beyond to give me some great info and steer me in the right direction.

My friend and I had a great cup of joe and good conversation @ Coffee Division. The service was kind, the mood was quiet but not annoying, and there was a hint of sunlight that hit the window that made it seem so relaxing. I enjoyed my vanilla latte. They have plenty of places to sit, convenient bathroom, and good coffee. They did mention they were out of vanilla and only had the non-fat type? I think? And i was fine with that… I don’t think that would’ve made a difference. People are on their laptops here — traveling office spot. Wifi is free :) I was more than willing to pick up a shop tee but they didn’t have my size!

This place has a secret ingredient that other coffee shops don’t get. Great wifi that is consistent and password free, great coffee, knowledgeable baristas, open light-filled space, good hours. A great room set-up that allows for conversation and work and people watching. I wish other coffee shops took notice. Keep up the great work!

An incredibly spacious coffee shop likely secondary to the paucity of seating. Cool vibes and in a great up and coming area of town. I ordered the chai tea. Beautifully spiced. Wifi is free and you don’t need a password to log on. I love that there is a large family style dining table in the center space.

I have to say that I’ve been coming here for awhile now off and on but recently the service has been great! The barista with the cool glasses and big beard is always so helpful and nice. I would recommend Coffee Division. It’s a great place to study, meet up with friends, and has an outside location to sit with your furry friends. Ic cant ant say enough good things about this place.

Holy Chemex, I love this coffee shop. The Division area is not lacking in good coffee spots; despite this, I routinely find myself at Coffee Division to get my morning, afternoon, and evening caffeine fix. The brews are strong and perfect. For my fellow nerds, this spot is a great place to get your study on. Airy, roomy and boasting many a table on which you can spread your brain’s content. It’s open later than most shops, to boot.

Good place to go to study. For some reason I always feel intimidated when I go to independent coffee shops. Silly, I know, but sometimes I go and the person taking my order makes me wish I was a little bit cooler, a little bit hipper(hipster?)… Not the case here. They were super friendly when I stepped up to the counter to order and happily poured me a mug of house chemex. I like that the place isn’t too busy. They have music playing in the background, but it’s chill music. If you don’t like it, just put your headphones on and tune it out. Seating is plentiful and tables are good sized to do work. I like that they have a squishy bench to sit on in the back area.

This is a good coffee house– based on single visit(I know). Excellent coffee, great staff, good music(Leonard Cohen: Suzanne) & art. Wonderful natural lighting and happy plants. Thumbs up. They make individual pour overs, which is what I was in search of. The seating is set up for couples, but easily can be clustered for group meet ups. I had a croissant and it was tasty. Oh, have I mentioned how clean it is, really. The only down: the sights out the south facing(Division St.) windows…:( The west facing windows and outdoor seating are good.
