This place is amazing! I love the kimchi fries. I’ve turned all my co workers on to this place. The servings are generous and the flavors all go together surprisingly well. Highly recommend!

I literally go here every week for the Kimchi Fries. It’s the best.

Ordered what is essentially the Bibimbop and it was perfect! Also got the mandoo(potstickers) and they were so good we had to get another order! As a Korean, I would have liked a bit of kimchee with my food. Possibly a little chopped up in the Bibimbop or something but it really was stellar food. Would absolutely go back!!!

Absolutely the best Kimchi fries i have ever tried! They were perfectly textured; i even had to walk a couple blocks with them and they didn’t get soggy

I’v heard so much about this place and have been dying to try it. My recommendation: Just try it! I could eat the KOMABOX everyday! Super fresh ingredients(veggies, noodles, rice, marinated meat), and hits the spot on all fronts. The KIMCHIFRIES — YES! Crispy and deliciously golden goodness. The combination of toppings — marinated meat, cheese, kimchi and house sauce! You just have to try it. WINGZZZZZZZ — need I say more? Well, I will because you may never have had anything that tastes like this. It has an amazingly crisp batter that crunches in your mouth. The sauce is this awesome combo of sweet and spicy that sticks to the wings to add amazing flavor. They provide a glove to keep you neat and tidy. Nice touch!

Finally got to try this new truck after some rave reviews from some friends. The wings are amazing, among the best I’ve ever had. Sweet with a small kick at the end. Really crunchy, but they’re huge! The glove was a nice touch so you don’t get all gross eating them. Next were the kimchi fries which were the most interesting food I’ve had in a while. The cheese and kimchi with beef were such an unlikely combo but delicious. Seem like passionate people, unfortunate they’re across from the main hub of trucks so they probably get over looked, but true food fans will be sure to check them out. We’ll be back for sure!

Really enjoyed this today. I had the Koma Box with the wings. Wings were top notch as far as texture goes– perfectly crispy with carmelized sauce. Perhaps a little spicier… The Koma box was very solid. I felt like I had the entire spectrum. Fried sticky chicken, glass noodles, rice and then veggies. So many carts make you choose between healthy and unhelathy option, that I loved having that variety. Nice portion! had to tape my to go carton to keep it shut. Suggestions: The red sauce was good, but got a little old mid way through. Might a suggest a few lines of sweeter sauce or maybe a mayo(hey it’s fusion) to keep my tastebuds on their toes? Cart name: Just go by Koma. People will get it. Thanks. Really enjoyed my lunch!

First impression of potsticker salad somewhat disappointing. Plus — in addition to usual pork, they also have chicken and veggie potstickers. Minus — the dish was a bunch of greens with 5 potstickers doused in spicy red sauce(gochujang). For $ 7.50, I expected something beyond greens alone(like shredded cucumber, blanched spinach, the usual bibimbap helpings). I might give it another try but will most likely stick with tried n true No 1 Bento across the street.

So much fun and so delicious! I vacillated between wings and the nachos, but ultimately made the right choice: NACHOS(though I am sure the wings are also great). Great mix of tangy and sweet and spicy to add up to 100% lunch awesomeness.

We were so excited to try this food truck. The name and decorations were very alluring. We ordered the koma bowl and it was 90% rice! Just the top layer was very little meat and veggies. Go to Korean twist instead, you will thank me for it!

Tried the kimchi fries on a recent visit to Alder St… holy amazing! Wish we lived in PDX so we could visit again — until then we’ll have to try to replicate this dish at home. Best of luck to this new business!

Stopped by to try their food at their soft opening(Grand Opening on 10÷19÷15) and everything was so delicious and unique! Quick and cheap Korean American inspired food to satisfy your appetite. Definitely worth a visit if you live in Portland area or visiting. Look for the adorable Hippo truck on corner of 10th& Alder in downtown Portland.
