Forever 21

The girls who work here are fantastic. They helped me to find clothes that make me look hip, cool, and studdly (which is no easy feat to accomplish on my own).
Couldn’t be more appreciative of them.
There were two African American girls in particular who went above and beyond. I wish I could remember their names, but they were outstanding!!!
Will definitely be returning soon.

I have never shopped here and saw they had a men’s department went inside and it’s very very small. I saw a backpack it was cheap and was on the fence if I liked it and if it would work for me. I was going to buy and if not return it, I was informed only in store credit only. I will never shop here because of the stupid policy and also the are open on Thanks giving ALL day… Not a place I would support

This particular store has a pretty decent plus-​size selection and the associates are somewhat helpful (it depends on the time and day).
I usually find pretty nice things in my size without having to wrestle with other chicks (I’m looking at you Washington Square) and the checkout is fast.
I do have to agree that their return policy sucks… BIG. They should consider revising it.

Writing a review solely based on the retail associate who helped me out. I was looking for another size in boyfriend jeans, but there was none on the floor. The associate (ugh, I wish I got her name!) checked the computer and found there was 1 left in the store. So she searched for it, and she was able to find me the pair! Walked away satisfied with my purchases!
But overall, your run of the mill Forever 21. Messy, scattered, loud music, relatively cheap prices.

Say you’re a man, looking for a dress. You want something sexy, because you’ve been working hard on your figure. But you need it to cover all your bits and pieces, and because you’ll probably only wear it once, you need it to be cheap. Where do you go? I went to Forever 21, and it worked out just fine!
They have a very wide size-​range. I bought an XL, but tried on a number of 2X dresses that could have worked as well. There was quite a bit of variety, too. Some were more conservative, but most were pretty flashy. Girls just wanna have fun, amiright?
I was super impressed with the employees. Nobody batted an eye at me and my dude-​bros trying on dresses, and they were even willing to help find additional sizes. I didn’t know what to expect, but I did anticipate a little side-​eye. We got none.
Finally, did you know they have men’s clothes here? I didn’t! They actually had a few shirts that I really liked, and I’ll probably go back sometime and check them out.

I am giving one star based on their return policy. I guess I don’t do much shopping to notice that retailers are now taking away the options of getting your money back even if you have a receipt and are within the time frame allowed on returns. I was shocked to find out at the counter from the sales representative that if my daughter was going to return anything it would only be store credit. I found that to be the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard. The sales representative continued to tell me that’s why you can try the stuff on, but we all know that you try it on in the store but once you get home it’s a different story. You no longer have the option to get your money back and then you are held hostage to only use the funds in their store once you return the item. I guess you better make sure you love it before you have them ring it up because everything is null and void after that. This is sad. Young people wake up and let these stores know that you value your money and if you change your mind and want it back then you should get it back and not just in store credit. Ridiculous.

I went to this Forever 21 right at opening and staff seemed quite busy with inventory, but Austin was super friendly and stopped what he was doing to help me accessorize a dress I was buying for an event. Thanks Austin! The store was tidy, clean, organized, and not at all overwhelming like some Forever 21 stores I’ve been into.

Forever 21 is what it is. It’s the place to go when you’re looking for some cheap clothes. I hate shopping here just because everything seems to be in a random order every time I visit. I swear they do it to mess with people’s heads and make them go crazy. What used to be on the top floor would later be placed on the other side on the bottom floor.
The clothes are never maintained well and sometimes I feel like I’m sifting through a bin of clothes (without the bin present). Some cleanliness would be appreciated as visual merchandising can go a long way in retail.
Every once in a while I’ll find some cute clothes for a good price. I actually just bought some skinny jeans today for $ 7.90. They actually fit me well and will probably last me a while!

Forever 21 is the true shit hole of every mall, and this one is no different.
Forever 21 always gets me with its sweet displays and low prices. And then I go in there, and look through a bunch of child-​sized shit, and wonder who wears this and why. Let me know how many full grown adult American women fit this clothes. I’ll wait.
Like everyone has said before me, the charm lies in the accessories. Disposable accessories. These are bracelets, necklaces, hairbands, and bows that you will watch snap, break, and literally fall apart while you’re wearing them.
And this location is especially blotted out by the shadow of the H&M next to it, which actually carries a variety of sizes, and –wait for it– shit that does not fall apart the first time you wash it!
I kind of wouldn’t mind if this place went out of business and they built something amazing here. When, oh when, will Top Shop make it to the West Coast? Maybe I should cast that aside, like my dream of an In-​n-​Out Burger showing up at the mall.
Forever 21 might just be like a city rat, surviving off the dregs of any society even after a nuclear holocaust. The recession could probably take out the entire city before the stubborn roach that is Forever 21 could be boiled clean off the earth.

I live pretty far away from any F21, so I get excited when I have the chance to go to one in person. I love online shopping, so I check the site pretty much daily.
I’ve come to this F21 a handful of times in the past couple years. I’ve gotta say, it’s pretty overwhelming. I don’t really know where to start and I just get blehh over it. I can’t really see anything I want from afar, and the racks/​layout is very dense. I don’t want to spend hours searching the racks for my perfect items. I’ll stick to the online website.
Even though I don’t like the whole store layout, their accessories are quite nice. They’re all in one corner and usually very organized.

Whenever I’m shopping at Forever 21, it’s usually for something I want not need. A new dress, hat, pair of stockings or that glossy lip shine.
The 12 dollar dresses don’t last forever, but they are cute. So I stopped in for a couple little things to spice up my waredrobe. I know I can get a couple pieces cheap that will make me happy to have something new.

I always come here when I come to Portland because we didn’t have a multiple story F21 in Seattle (besides Southcenter which I never go to) until recently. Now, I just continue to come since I always stay in this neighborhood and its tax free.
They didn’t have a lot of stuff that I saw in the Northgate F21 but overall, its still a pretty good selection. They manage to move a little more efficiently than some of the F21’s in Seattle in terms of speed of the changing room and cash register. They are a little less organized than the stores in Seattle, but I still walk away spending money every time!

I can’t help but love the jewelry and accessories at Forever 21 and this store was no exception.
I bought a few cute rings, bracelets and travel cases when I was there and all of that cost less than $ 20!!! It’s like bargain shopping year round at Forever 21!

I come here a lot but not usually for clothing. The clothing is usually way too ugly, cheap, and trashy. Well, I take that back, I do buy those little stretchy camisoles from time to time. They are only $ 2.50 and they are perfect for wearing underneath jackets and low cut tops. So ok, I have bought clothing.
I go here for accessories; Scarves, belts and necklaces mostly. The kind of trendy stuff that is in one season and out the next. Their stuff costs next to nothing.
No guilt shopping.

I have never been to Forever 21 this big and with this much selection. We just have smaller ones on the East Coast I guess. I especially loved the accessories area as I am used to one or two racks of earrings and necklaces combined. They had a good selection and usually had my size, whereas other Forever 21’s I have been to usually only have smalls.
Staff was pleasant and didn’t hover. I am now going to search for a store that is that big near me.

So this is no beef with the Forever 21 franchise. I just consider myself a connoisseur of all this Forever 21. I found this stores layout cluttered and small. The displays looked picked over and there wasn’t much space to walk.
But hey, its still Forever 21.

This spot is schmancy. Wayyyy prettier and better stocked than LLoyd Center Location.
Like all other forever 21’s…The clothes are cheap and disposable. The HUGE Accessories Department looks like Blair Waldorf puked in there (in a good way)
I get almost all of my accessories here because most are adorable and cost under $ 5 a pop.
I am kicking down an extra star because the staff DOESN“T bug me, just lets me shop on. I don’t think this is the store that I want assistance in.
I’m sad that the section for fat chicks has moved to Southern California.

What happened Forever 21, I though we were in love? I couldn’t get enough of you. You stopped trying.
Firstly, for the fact I was there on a Saturday morning and the store was dead it was an utter mess. Clothes flung here there everywhere. Clearly they were doing stock out, which is always great, but racks of clothing scattered about and no employees merching them meant it was hard to shop entire vicinities.
I think it’s the first time I’ve walked out of XXII empty handed.

Cheap clothing and jewelry at a great price! Disinterested staff that refuses to actually help anyone out! I saw five people standing at a register talking while there were over 10 people waiting in line. Great customer service.
If something is damaged, mention it to the checkout person and you can get a minimum of 10% off.

Wow. H&M birthed a two story baby who has no rhyme or reason. It’s all sturm and drang and I felt like I was in a vortex of crazy prints, getting a headache.
If I were still a size 6 I could rock some stuff, it can be edgy and different. But I really can’t pull off a tank, ruffly shirt, and vest at one time. And I don’t have time to cull through the 1.7billion racks to find my perfect item.
