Fred’s is a discount store.
The store has a lot to offer. They sell a number of dollar items, brand name products, and off-​brand items. There is a pharmacy at this location.
Everything is neatly displayed and the employees are very helpful and kind. I love their affordable home decorations (ie. pillows, candles, clocks, lamps, wall art, etc).
Whenever I’m in Portland, I look forward to visiting Fred’s.
