Sonic Drive-In

Rarely do I ever review fast food. It’s unnecessary to me. However, since I was in a rush to get somewhere today, Sonic was my only option while stopping by here.
Staff came on average time, 3 minutes or so. Friendly and cheerful staff, like usual… That’ll give a star. Maybe both stars because the rest was unbelievable.
What took away all the stars was my drink and my food. My drink was PACKED with ice. About ¾ of my cup was the drink part. And my drink tasted like a watered down version of tea. :(
My food. I ordered a five piece chicken strip. Opened my bag. My order was correct. I bit into one and it was hard as a rock! And no meat at all on the inside. Just a hard, thin, hollow ‘chicken tender’. Three of these were like this. Wow.
However, the rest were good, and normal.
I stop by here often and my food, despite the hamburgers with only a tiny scrap of patty between two flat buns, has never been like this.
Stay away. If not, request easy ice and don’t order chicken.

Server was nice. But other then that, I can’t say a lot of good things. One thing was that the food wasn’t made to the specifications that was wanted. I wanted cheese and Mayo only. But they left all the veggies on it. And to make this experience worse, all the food was cold.

Every day from 2 to 4 pm, drinks and slushes are half-​price.
The set up here is the same as the other Sonic Drive-In’s out there. Park your car in one of the spots, browse the menu, and press the red button when you’re ready to place your order.
You can pay by cash or credit. They have a credit card machine built into the stall. If you’re paying by cash, have your money ready for the carhop when he/​she comes by to bring your food over. The employees here are super friendly and quick.
