Great service, the girl was happy and accommodating to my obnoxious dietary restrictions. She made many yummy suggestions that worked with my diet. I was able to customize my salad to my own personal needs. The girl at the counter was more than happy to help! My food came out so fast and everything was fresh. Definitely coming back

Used to eat at this place for lunch on a regular basis. They have new owners I’ve been told. I think the food is okay, but a bit pricy. They used to offer a discount if you work in the area, which all though meager, softened the blow. Last time I went they charged me for a lot for extras(my bad i didn’t realize before placing my order, assumed quinoa and rice were interchangeable). At the end of the day the cost doesn’t equal the product, even if it’s yummy. I feel like I could get yummy and fresh for less downtown. So good bye Freshii– I hardly knew ye.

If you are in a rush and don’t like fast food you’ll enjoy freshii. Guilt free lunch. everything on the menu was healthy so we left feeling satisfied. Customer service was great, food taste was decent not phenomenal. Over all I can see this place being for someone who works in the heart of downtown.

Their burritos are passable, but they put very little salsa on. They are very bland. 2 stars because THEYCHARGEEXTRAFORHOTSAUCE. What burrito planet are they living on?

This is the sort of place that could have gone either way for me. Wow me and I’ll be a fan for life, eating there a couple of times a week and referring everyone I know who works nearby. Disappoint me and I probably won’t give you a second glance. My visit today fell into the latter category. I ordered the Pangoa bowl, which was a good size scoop of brown rice, black beans, cherry tomatoes, cilantro, a few shreds of white cheddar, ¼ of an avocado, and what was supposed to be «tangy» BBQ sauce. It wasn’t a huge portion, but I’m all about the flavor and was ok feeling virtuous for once with my lunch choice. It would all have been fine except the BBQ sauce was SO sweet, it tasted like I was eating dessert. It wasn’t tangy or spicy at all; it just tasted like sugar. It was gross. I would never eat that again.

I visited Freshii for the first time today Oct 18 and ordered the Tex Mex burrito. The ingredients were fresh and a good portion. The big disappointment came when I discovered there was No Cheese which would have made a big difference! I took the burrito out to eat so I was out of luck and didn’t get what I ordered. Guess I won’t be returning with other options nearby. So it’s really 2.5 stars.

I went here couple days ago searching for fresh made smoothies. I ended up with kimchi bowl and custom made smoothies(kale, carrot, cucumber, apple and spinach) and my friend got one of the wrap. We were happy with our meal and will return. The place is clean and cheap and everything is freshly made!

The customer service at Freshii is on point. Right after I wrote my previous review, they messaged me and offered me to come in and try something new on the house, since my meal was not good. I think I ordered the Bacon, Egg & Cheese Grilled Egg Pocket, because after that I was HOOKED on them. I LOVEEEETHEM. I no longer work in the building, so I crave them and miss going downstairs to get them whenever I got hungry in the mornings. Also, they started serving smoothies there about a year ago, and they are DABOMB too. They are a tad expensive at 5.99 for maybe 12 or 16 oz, but they are addictive. I would get one twice a week sometimes, or more. I swear, I spent so much money on those delicious smoothies. So much in fact, that I bought my own blender and started making my own because a $ 12 – 20 a week smoothie habit was not good for the wallet. Plus, I got those egg pockets for 3.99 at least once a week too. I got the Freshii Green smoothie with strawberries instead of avocado. It must have been divine intervention, because one day I walked into Freshii and someone ordered their smoothie like that, and they had extra so I sampled some, and was hooked. I’ve ordered them like that ever since. One time, I got the strawberry banana, which was good too, but Green smoothie with strawberries is where it’s at! Their tart frozen yogurt(which they use in the smoothies) is also SOGOOD. For about $ 6 or 7 bucks, you get a gigantor size bowl of froyo, with two toppings. I ALWAYS had to share with my co-worker, because it’s so darn big. I wish they could do smaller sizes(maybe a half size for $ 3 – 4?). I’d also love to buy some tart pints from them, cuz it’s so good.

Metaboost salad with chicken was just what I needed. Didn’t even use the balsamic vinaigrette dressing. It was super tasty with the edamame, carrots, mango,!almonds, goat cheese and greens with kale. Super-friendly staff.

I always get the Pangoa bowl with a dressing change to the Mustard Dijon and Steak — although meatless is still amazing. Freshii isn’t the cheapest place to eat, but it’s certainly one of my favorites to eat at! There is no equal to the freshness of the food and I’m so happy that there’s one right downtown! Not only is the food fresh, but the service is friendly and quick. The other huge point to make here is that while you might spend some money eating here; you certainly get your monies worth.

I really like coming to Freshii for lunch, I’ve had a burrito, bowl as well as the soup(not all on the same visit). Everything IS made fresh, the soup is a 32 ounce container(huge), and the portions are good-sized and don’t leave you wondering where the rest is. Lots of veggie and vegan options, reasonably-priced.

I went to Freshii and ordered the breakfast burrito in a bowl. Of course I was expecting to get hot eggs in said bowl. The eggs were as cold as the freakin pico de gallo. Now, I know I made some substitutions and that they usually don’t make these bowls, but I think it is unacceptable to serve eggs cold. If Freshii doesn’t have the capability to heat eggs properly for a bowl then they should have said«I’m sorry, we can’t do that, as the eggs are heated once the burrito is pressed». That’s probably a whole other issue. Shouldn’t the eggs be hot all of the time? With a name like Freshii, freshness doesn’t really ring true in this case. This isn’t the first time I have been disappointed with Freshii, so I will not be returning.

Overpriced small flavorless salads. The salads seem to have shrunk from when they opened(think: from entrée to appetizer size). But price is still in the $ 8-$ 10 range. Also the salads are as cheaply constructed as possible. Expect to get mostly greens with a maybe a tablespoon of cheese or beans. The tofu will cost you another two dollars but is just a spoonful or two of seemingly raw unseasoned cubes. You are better off going almost anywhere else for better value.

So, I wasn’t a huge fan. I ordered the Buffalo salad with the shrimp add on. It was a salad in a plastic container with hot sauce and ranch in separate containers on the side. Reminded me of an airport meal. And it wasn’t super cheap either. Taste was acceptable but portion was small and again reminiscent of 7⁄11 or airport to go food. Shrimp did taste fresh at least.

I loved my Freshii experience. The location across from Pioneer Square is awesome and provided fast, friendly and delicious food. I had the smokehouse burrito with chicken. My total was 7.70 for a satisfying and quick lunch. This is also one of the very few places that I’ve found that has Synergy kombucha for sale so if you are looking for that check this place out!

Sure, I’ll go again. Sure, my Superbiotic wrap(spinach, romaine, chickpeas, red onions, cucumbers, sundried tomatoes, corn, artichoke hearts, roasted red peppers, dill dressing) was filling and tasty. Sure, I appreciated that I could customize my order to be as healthy or gluttonous as I wanted.(Add kale, quinoa, falafel and sour cream? Sure!) Sure, they have quick service. Will I grab a quick lunch from Freshii again? Sure. Feel like this review does the trick but leaves you feeling… uninspired? I feel similarly about my Freshii experience.

Just stopped in for a quick Yerba Mate to drink and the wife got a Cobb wrap which was pretty good. Seems like a good spot to get a healthy tasty quick bite or beverage.

The disappointing thing about Freshii is the quantity of food for the price one pays, at least on their Freshii bowls anyways. We both ordered the Teriyaki Twist bowl, one with rice & the other with rice noodles. I hate when food comes out & it looks nothing like the picture that’s displayed on the menu board. Fast food establishments are notorious for this & now I’ve added Freshii to the list. The picture that caught our eye, as we were looking for food before heading to the Holiday Ale Fest, was this gigantic bowl filled to the brim with veggies. What did we get? A gigantic bowl maybe half full of veggies, with rice in one & noodles in the other, & teriyaki sauce settled at the bottom. WTH? The whole time we ate we complained not only on how little of food we were given but how it didn’t taste all that great, & now we were still hungry after paying over $ 15 for it. Should’ve gone to a food cart. Why is this food expensive? Because it’s healthier for you. Any add ons to burritos, bowls, whatever is an extra cost & so the bill adds up quick. There’s really not a lot of seating even with six people inside it looked crowded. Service was quick which is how it should be when there’s not a whole lot of prepping involved. If you want to pay more but receive little in return & also eat healthy then go here. If you don’t give a shit about your health &/or you’re on a budget then Freshii isn’t for you.

The food is a healthier, more expensive version of fast food. The range of healthy options is great, but it can get quite expensive. The food tastes GREAT though, and I love how convenient it is. They’re open on Sundays, which is hard to find in this area of town. They were very helpful, and the Wrangler bowl was nice and warm for a cold day. It came in a to-go container, and it was still warm when I got home(30 minutes away) It smelled amazing, and it was so fresh and delicious. Makes me want to explore more of their menu!

I stopped by Freshii when I was extremely hungry during the second day of my visit to Portland in December 2012. I had just had a long morning and early afternoon exploring Pittock Mansion, the Japanese Garden, and the International Rose Test Garden, and I had hiked from the hill down to the downtown area, so I was quite hungry when I finally stepped into this Freshii. It was my first time at Freshii, and apparently it’s a chain with locations in other states as well. I truly enjoyed the concept of quick Asian and Mexican bowls. I ordered the Lemongrass Boost bowl, which came with rice noodles topped with cucumbers, bean sprouts, green onions, carrots, peanuts, and spicy lemongrass sauce. The food was fresh and really savory and tasty. The service was quick and good too. I will most definitely visit Freshii again in the future and I’m glad they have locations in the states I live in /visit.
