Going to have to take this down to 4 stars, as the gate latch has broken, gotten stuck, or otherwise failed multiple times, and there is cracking wood on the side of the gate. The first time they just re-​screwed it in, the second time they replaced it with a slightly newer but fairly similar model, the third time we’re waiting to see what they do. Have contacted the owner each time who has not personally responded to any of the complaints, rather sent one of his staff over. Now we want a better solution as we should not have this problem over and over within 3 months of the work being done :(
