Young local entrepreneur is passionate about his business and it shows! Holland responded timely to initial emails, explained his cleaning process in detail, showed-​up for the on-​site estimate on time (including a reminder call), and offered a very competitive bid.
His attire, demeanor and vehicle are very professional. Our bungalow home — with slightly steep pitch — took about four hours to clean from start to finish. No trampled plants, no left-​over debris, just neat and tidy. I found PDX Clean King on
where they are highly recommend.
This is what a contractor should resemble.

I’m so happy I found PDX clean king!!! I found them from the Hollywood theater where they volunteer since it’s a non profit. Holland did pressure washing, moss removal and window washing and our place and it looks amazing!!! And he has all the licensing including for moss removal an ODA license which 90 percent of the companies on Unilocal don’t have. Great company both quality and honesty.

My roof and walks look like new after Holland scraped the moss from my roof and power washed my patios and walkways. Fabulous!
Holland does an exceptional job and leaves the grounds spotless. He is pleasant and efficient and detailed. His estimates are clear and well prepared. Such a treat.

Contacted PDX Clean King on a recommendation from some folks on Nextdoor and was able to get an appointment a few weeks out. They were polite in the scheduling and Holland made sure to call me when he was running a half hour late. They did a great job on the gutters and made sure to clean up after themselves. He even blew off my driveway as a bonus. Always happy to find people you can trust to do work like this and will use PDX Clean King again!
