When my mac crashed I didn’t know what to do. I called Green Wire the night it happened and they were able to come out the very next day when I got out of work. They took my computer and he texted me every step of the way to keep me updated. Most of my files were recovered, which was such a relief! I am so happy to have my laptop that now works! Thank you so much!

My hard drive died on my business computer and I called Green Wire. My machine was picked up on Saturday and returned to me on Sunday — I didn’t miss any work and Nick made sure that the machine was running correctly with all my programs. I had a new hard drive put in and upgraded to Windows 7 and I just couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend this company — fast service, reasonably priced and everything was explained to me in terms I could understand. A very happy customer!

Spilled something on my MacBook’s keyboard. Whoops.
Machine seemed fine, except two of the keys stopped working. And they were important keys. The repairs weren’t cheap, but Green Wire got it done about as quickly as possible — they got my computer Friday morning, and had it back to me Monday night — and for that I was grateful.
Also, friendly and courteous service. Next time I spill something, I know who to call.

Whenever I have a computer problem or question that Google can’t answer for me, my first course of action is to call Green Wire. The service is always friendly and reliable, not to mention that once he took over my dad’s special computer needs, it freed up plenty of frustrating hours of my time. I can’t recommend them enough!

I was having severe computer problems and had spent a fortune already trying to fix it, I called Greenwire and one of their techs came out that day! They were friendly and fast! They knew what they were doing and they were affordable! I would definitely recommend them!
