Gutterman’s Supply

I’ve dealt with Gutterman’s for almost 20 years and have never been disappointed. They have always had the best price and selection, and they have always backed their products with excellent service. Always.
I’ve had several times, over the years, that Gutterman’s custom fabricated solutions to problems that had completely stumped other suppliers.

I’ve been using Gutterman’s for years and have never had any problem with selection, price or customer service. They have always had what I needed, when I needed it.

We have used Guttermans because of their selection and prices, however their customer service is horrid, They have messed up so many orders the price is not worth it any more. Being on hold for 20 or 30 minutes to place an order. They never return phone calls have waited on pricing for bigger jobs for almost a month. We have paid everything in cash and paid for our shipping to the coast.
Recently they miss calculated a weight measurement on some coil and cost me a lot on the job they did replace the coil free, however then I received a letter from that they would not long sell anything to me on my cash account because they found out I used another vendor some of time. The letter stated I could check back with them in the spring. So let me get this right, then mess my order up they have to give me little free coil and now I have to go to time out for six month, and the only excuse is I used another vendor and I returned a few mistakes they made over the years… sound like bad customer service to me. I am the largest gutter company on the coast and do lots of Federal and State jobs all over the state.
The northwest has lots of gutter suppliers, you would think customer service would be key and refusing to sell to a cash customer. unheard of.
