Bad experience here. I went looking to possibly find new credits but the tax agent knew way less than I did, especially about a major Maine tax credit for students with school loans. She actually made up false things I needed to do in order to receive the credit! I was blown away. Before she got the chance to take my $ 60, I kindly refused service and walked out. Please be careful as these people know nothing and I am fearful they are royally messing with people’s taxes without real qualification!
