What an experience! My friend and I biked here at night after we went on a beer tour, we circled the location forever. I ended up calling found out it was in a strip club we just passed. Went in and ordered the:
Bits of Gluttony — these were pretty good, too heavy for me. I liked the spicy ones better than the peanut butter ones we got.
Old Man Scratch — wasn’t into the jackfruit, gave it to my friend.
Got another thing similar to the old man scratch, wasn’t sure what it was but it was my favorite thing I had there, it was like a salad in pita bread.
Didn’t get to order anything with seitan since the cook was still making it, next time I come back I plan on getting something with it.
Never had vegan bar food, yet alone gone to a strip club. Whole experience was interesting. Never thought to be in a metal strip club eating vegan food. Next time I should come with cash.

A vegan food and heavy metal-​themed strip club. What could be better? Just based on the name, I had to come; and as a vegan and extreme metal lover, had to check it out. We sat at the bar and ordered some nachos, which were absolutely delicious and unique. Drink selection was very good too, with a decent craft beer selection. Prices are dirt cheap and the service was very good and friendly. And of course, the dancers were quite good looking too. Definitely worth a stop just for the experience.

I died and went to metal/​vegan heaven. I had found this place on Unilocal about a month ago and decided to give it a shot because of the raving reviews.
We are in the Mecca of vegan food here in Portland and I’ve tried almost all of them. This is by far the best. The food is so fresh and not only packed with flavor but nothing like anything I’ve tried before.
Yes, it is in a strip club. Not only is it in just any strip club but a pretty rad one. It’s definitely a welcoming atmosphere, cute dancers, a clean environment, great staff, and off the charts amazing vegan food with metal bumping.
We had the seven layers of hell nachos and it was mouth watering delicious. We also had the broccoli fettuccine Alfredo. I literally can’t wait to come back and try everything. So pumped on this place and can’t wait to come back!

To be fair, the food is quite tasty, thats why I’m giving 4 stars. BUT, I didnt realize it was a strip club! :(I ordered for pick up and went in by myself (Im female). It was SUPER uncomfortable and I could not wait to get out. I have nothing against strip clubs, just wish I would have known as I would have never gone in there by myself! Now I know…
As for the food, I ordered the tater tots (gigantic!) and jack fruit pita. Was like wonderful vegan junk food. The cook said he is planning to open a side entrance for the food. Hopefully that gets done. :(((((Ugh, the whole experience freaked me out.

MIND BLOOOOWN. We wandered around for ten years trying to find the place; it was dark and there wasn’t clear signage, but finally figured out it was inside Rose City Strip. My boyfriend and I got the Hellvis and some of the little hash brown guys with filling and it was an absolute mouthgasm, and great place/​friendly staff too. Only downside was ordering sweet potato fries that turned out to be regular fries, but I won’t dock a star for that. Also burned my mouth because the food was hot and tasty and I have no self control. Really, everything is that good.
10⁄10 would recommend.
