Absolutely the best property management service I’ve ever had. Lisa is amazingly responsive on any maintenance issue, quickly gets back to you when contacted, and all around is the most pleasant to deal with of any rental company out there.
She makes sure to contact you quickly if something needs doing in the apartment. If you have a mechanical problem, it will be dealt with swiftly. I had my dishwasher break a year or two ago and within 2 days I had a replacement. She’s also amazingly pleasant to deal with. All around I can’t say it enough. If you want to rent in this city, rent from her, you won’t regret it.

I had my share of (very) bad experiences with property managements in portland and I should have left this review a long time ago: Lisa is, by far and without a doubt, the best property manager we ever dealt with! She’s very friendly and replies to emails quickly, she listens well and leaves clear instructions if she ever needed anything from tenants. Most importantly, a quality that seems to be lacking from my current office where I live, she is very polite and understanding.
