Im a local that has poured a lot of money into the local economy. I dress respectably, i run a business and i try to support the local economy when i can. But i will not visit this place with my ample wallet at any point. My boyfriend was at a vape shop and he likes to chat and i really had to pee. So i walked down to this place, which is right next to a restaurant that ive been eating at since i was 5 years old. This woman working the bar wanders over and corners me as i was looking for the ladies room with a terse ‘can i help you?’ I asked her where the restroom was and she snappily replied that its for patrons only. The place was empty. Im obviously not a meth head. My boyfriend and i were looking to ger a drink after vape shopping and would have spent about 45 $ on top shelf whiskey, which would have been a 10 $ tip for this rude woman. Now, i wont set foot into this place. Rude, presumptuous, and not at all friendly. The customer service here is worse than some rockwood bars. Good luck. Not really, i dont have any empathy for local businesses that act like this. Ill vote with my dollars elsewhere.

Been here a few more times. Starting to love this place. Very talented mixologist on duty. Treats us fantastic. We’ll make it a regular stop. They have a prime rib for $ 6(I think… not sure).

Worst service I have EVER encountered! I went with my brother, my niece & her husband to meet some other family/friends there last night. There was a free show happening. I knew it would be packed, and busy. However, we got there at about 7:30pm, and there wasn’t a single table free(not all full — but everything was reserved). No worries, there were 4 seats at the bar. We sat down, and waited… and waited, and then waited some more. The bartender(apparently the only one for the night) served people that walked up to the bar for 15 minutes before she even acknowledged that we were there(and we were sitting right in front of the wall of booze)! Then she came up to us, muttered off how busy she was and that she’d get to us as soon as she could. She also asked for IDs for my niece & her husband. Ok, no biggie. They set their ID’s out, and she left. Again we waited… and waited, and then waited some more! 15 minutes! If we hadn’t made plans to actually meet people there we would have left already because it had just become ridiculous. So we’ve now been there for ½ an hour, people that walk up get service, but not us. My brother notices, while we’re waiting, that there are couches in the back that are available, so he sent me back there to get us more comfortable seating. At some point not too much later they finally get to place the drink order, and we eventually get our drinks. A while later we’re ready for a second round of drinks. My sister has now joined us, so she & I go up to the bar where everyone else had been standing/getting served, and we waited. The Bartender made drinks, and splashed booze all over the counter in front of us. Not a word. Not even eye contact. The only reason we didn’t have to wait quite as long this time is because the waitress actually came up to us at the bar, and asked to take our order. She was just about to put it into the computer when someone from the kitchen brought a food order to her. She took it, and went to deliver it. A few minutes later the bartender said, «She took your order, right?» I told her no, because the food order came out. She rolled her eyes, and asked me what we wanted. Just then the waitress came back. The bartender took off, and the waitress took our order, and told us we could go sit down & she’d bring the drinks to us. Cool. We didn’t turn another year older, but our patience for waiting had grown pretty thin, and our drinks eventually came. However, a short while later the waitress came out and started asking whose tab everyone was on. We had made that abundantly clear on several occasions, and I told my brother to make double sure that his balance was right at the end of the night because I was concerned with all the tab questions there might be a double charging issue or something. There were some mistakes in terms of drinks too. My niece purchased a shot that was clearly priced at $ 4 on the wall menu, and was charged $ 5. When she received it it was only slightly more than a half shot, but with the service drama it was too much work to try and get it corrected. They gave my brother the wrong beer, and my niece, my sister & I all had the same drinks, and while two of us had great drinks, one seemed to be completely lacking alcohol all together! At the end of the night my brother had a hard time getting his tab closed because apparently different people were handling different cards, and there was a lot of confusion. His friend had an even worse time with his card. Apparently the owner came over to try and help, and I was told that he said something along the lines of it not being his fault that he was short staffed. Seriously? This wasn’t an isolated issue either. It was a major topic of conversation among other people when I’d go out to the smoking area(which is only slightly bigger than a picnic table with a bucket full of garbage in it that’s the only«ashtray» out there so there were cigarette butts all over the parking lot). It really is unfortunate that this place is handled like this. The room has potential. The furniture layout/organization isn’t the best in regard to making it a live music venue, but a sports bar with a dance floor? Sure. As long as customer service, and security in relation to credit cards isn’t a focal point though, it doesn’t really matter what the place looks like because it’s not worth the hassle. No one I was with will ever return to this venue.

Service great. Had Rose as waitress. Food DISGUSTING! Husband had burger with bacon. Over cooked and tasted like old meat. He was asked fries, tot, or salad. He chose salad. They charged us $ 1.00 for the salad dressing! I had fries, they charged me 50 cents for ranch. I has ordered a chicken wrap. Chicken should be chopped not whole piece. Lettuce wrap I would call it. Asked to add cheese. They forgot. First cocktail good 2nd. Had no alcohol compared to first. No standards pouring. Would NOT ever go back or recommend!

Stopped in while on a business trip. Food was hot and fresh and beer was responsibly priced. They offer live music on some nights.

Probably the worst service I have ever received. I know it was shift change but the waitress didn’t stop by the table but to drop off the food. The food was just average.

My Wife and I go for trivia on Tuesday nights, and we have been there on the weekend for live music. Great place! If you discover that your waitress is Robin, you are very lucky. She graduated with honors from customer service college! Cool half-cars hanging from the walls, pool tables, live music on the weekends, great service, good food, it’s a fun place! Check it out!

WORST place ever… TERRIBLE service. They are in no way prepared for more than say 10 customers. Don’t plan a New Years event and only have one bartender… many people left and went else where because of the lack of service! the wait for a drink was about 45 minutes to an hour. CRAZY! First time there, last time there for many.

Been meaning to check this place out since it opened. I wish I would have sooner this is a great place, with a menu that can satisfy even the pickiest eater. I was craving nachos when I went last night, probably the best plate of nachos I’ve ever eaten in a bar. Everything is clean, love the cars everywhere on the interior. Will definitely be back, plenty of room to dance with live bands every Friday/Saturday.

Being in the Parkrose area on Sandy Blvd, I was really surprised by how great the interior and ambiance are. The entrance is very unassuming but you walk into a fun bar, especially on Fri/Sat nights when live bands are playing. And, the food is good too! The only drawback(and I have high expectations this will improve) was waiting an excessively long time(25 mins) for a simple drink to come to the table. I’m thinking this is part of the growing pains.
