After a bout of plantar fasciitis and knee pain, I visited In Touch Physical Therapy for a round of PT. Dana, my therapist, addressed the issues with a hands-on approach, coupled with specific exercises and stretches. The results are: greatly reduced foot pain, and only minor knee discomfort — not even considered pain. The treatments were tailored toward my work, which involves walking over uneven terrain, and my avocation — hiking on the steep and rocky. Although I have used physical therapy in the past, the treatment at In Touch was far more focused and effective.

I’ve been in a number of physical therapy offices over the last 30 years, and was delighted to stumble upon this one about three years ago. I have been treated here following two different auto accidents, and for other issues that have developed in my back and feet. The quality and service here are second to none, and the physical therapist I have seen has always gone the extra mile to determine exactly what it is that needs attention on any particular day. This is in stark contrast to the physical therapy mills I’ve seen in the past. I was prompted to write this after Googling the facility to find their phone number, to reschedule an appointment. I found a link to the one-star review here, which is at odds with my multi-year experience. Looking at the profile of the author, I found the motto«If you got a bad review, you deserved it,» and my impression is that she has some kind of axe to grind. The experience she relays is at odds with the scheduling process, in which you are choosing times with a specific therapist. If she has been scheduled with someone else, she has not been paying attention at the time of scheduling. Be safe, and try not to get hurt. But if you do get hurt, and want quality and caring service, it doesn’t get any better than this. I wouldn’t go anywhere else, and always recommend this facility to friends and family in need of physical therapy.

Horrible receptionists with no personality, but lots of attitude. I specifically requested to have a female physical therapists and they kept scheduling me with a male one. I’d arrive to my appts and then find out it was a guy and not the lady I orginally saw. My treatment was also inconsistent. 10/17/2013 In response to the review after me by Lake Oswegian Z(Allen S.)… I scheduled specific times with Cindy and when I showed up for those specific times and on the specific days that she was actually working, I received Jonathan. The explanations I got from the receptionist were that the appt before me was running late. I dealt with the receptionist, Katelyn, every time. She has no personality and she’s rude. It’s interesting how butthurt the reviewer after me is with my review — enough to send me an inappropriate message and then end it with God Bless. Hypocritical, much? It sounds like you’re the one grinding axes… Maybe you should get a hobby that doesn’t involve messaging random people on Unilocal who had a different experience than you at a certain business. I gave this business one star and I stand by that. (It’s interesting that ‘all’ the people that love this place only wrote a review after ‘stumbling’ upon my review through a search engine, wrote it on the same day, two reviewers made snarky comments towards me, at least two reviewers are the same person, and their review count is only one… Looks like In Touch is posting their own reviews.)
