Jonathan specifically took my request to heart and helped me with my battery problem for my RV.
I will forever refer people to this store. Thanks guys!

Life savers! I broke the screen on my Samsung S4 and every other place I called did not have the replacement in stock. Interstate was not high on my call list because I was anxious about a battery store fixing a cell phone. Boy, was I wrong!
I called the store and they needed to check with their tech, John, to make sure he had the part. Jonathan at the store called me right back and said John could fix it today but he was in Hillsboro. I was disappointed but was about to make the trek when John called me directly (and unexpectedly) to say he would meet me in Raleigh Hills in an hour. He was on time and efficient. I can’t say «thank you» enough. Don’t hesitate like I did — take your phone straight to these guys!

Worst customer service when it comes to backing up their products. Basically calling the customer a liar.
I have a battery purchased less than two years ago that was getting weak and would not hold a charge for last two months. I had to charge it 10hrs overnight just to get the car started this morning. I took the battery in to this store and they tested it and said the voltage was low considering it was charged all night but still considered good even after explaining the issues I had for the past few months that this was a ongoing issue. One of the employees said it was a under replacement warranty but the other employee kept saying my charger was not charging the battery fully and kept asking me what charger I was using. I know when a battery is charged when it has been hooked up to a 6 amp charger for 12 hours and if the voltage drops within a few hours after as the tester shows it should be a clue there is something wrong rather than questioning if the customer is charging correctly. They wanted to keep my battery to test it for a couple days to check if the battery was defective before replacing it under the warranty period. Are they kidding me? I have never had these issues with other battery vendors before and wasted my time and l still do not have a reliable battery. I hope the owner sees this review and find out if this is how their employees treats customers on 1÷24÷2016 that I paid for a $ 190 battery less than 2 years ago.

These gentlemen were great! Courteous thorough and had just what we needed. They coordinated with me in Tulsa to replace my daughter’s battery on site in Portland. Very good prices. Very good. Ill be bringing sesame donuts to you when im in town. -)

I arrived not knowing exactly what battery I needed. They looked it up for me, had it in stock, with the Charger for a VERY reasonable price. They were helpful, friendly, and very easy and pleasant to work with.

This place is absolutely great! My battery died, husband had to be at work, daughter needed to be picked up from school… they got here within 30 mins and replaced my battery and made sure everything was in working order before leaving. Very nice business. The guy who came to my house, Drew, was personable, knowledgable and fast! I won’t be going anywhere else for my batteries.
Also a HUGE plus, is they are locally owned by a husband and wife team!

Just left Interstate Battery in Raleigh Hills. I came to have my car battery replaced and installed. These guys were great! Fantastic service and they were very pleasant despite my battery being very tough to remove. I’ll go back here.

The owners of Interstate All Battery Center are fantastic. They saved me time and money the other day when my car battery died and I needed a new one that is not very common. They went above and beyond to get the battery within an hour, installed it free of charge and had me up and running in no time. Their customer service is the best in town and their prices are great. We will be back!

Drew helped us out immensely! We got a battery and he installed it efficiently and with a smile. This place seriously saved us time and money! We were moving and kept getting stranded because of an old battery. Drew saved the day.

Dave and Annette both provided very professional and timely service when I needed it. I was in a pinch and needed a battery quick and they were able to deliver it on time as promised, will be returning again in the future.

Purchased a Samsung Note II battery. The professional customer service and comprehensive responses to my questions were a breath of fresh air. This is the place for all of your battery needs. They probably have it in stock but if they don’t they can get it or build it within a couple days. Thanks Interstate Batteries. You resurected a phone I thought was dead.

Seriously, these guys rock! They are so accommodating.
Our motor home was in our shop and for some crazy reason one of the chassis batteries broke open. I couldn’t move the coach so they came out to my shop (15 miles) the next day and exchanged the batteries with new Interstate batteries and recycled the old ones.
I was amazed at their friendly service. I’m having them come back to change out all the house batteries next week.

What amazing service! I drive a Ford and always get my car serviced at the dealership but I prefer Interstate batteries because they last so much longer than others. The dealership told me my battery was starting to read low so I called Interstate All Battery Center and they had a battery on the shelf for my car. They told me the price and said that they would install it for me at no extra charge! Seriously?! So, I drove over there after work, paid for the battery and stood there visiting with the gentleman who helped me while he installed my battery right there in front of the store. The whole process took no longer than 15 minutes! The most amazing part is that he installed something in my car before he disconnected my battery so that all my radio presets wouldn’t be deleted! I can’t express how impressed I am with their service. I will recommend Interstate All Battery Center to all my friends and family that need a battery.

Super friendly employees (Nate) and the owners are just as nice. They went out of their way to make sure I was happy and more than satisfied with my new car battery. Install was fast and professional. I will tell all my friends to come her, as well as move my work fleet to this company. Interstate truly cares about their customers.

I cannot even begin to express how kind and helpful everyone at this store is, from the gentleman on the phone to the owners who personally came out to my home to install my battery. Not only were they priced under everyone else I called, installation was free. Poor guys spent over an hour, maybe 2, working on my car as my battery was not wanting to come out, yet the still did not charge me for more than the battery and brackets that ended up needing to be replaced. I will NEVER go anywhere else, even if they ended up being more expensive. You can’t put a price on customer service like this.
