WTF just happened??? I called at 730pm and asked if I could get covered for Samsung Note Edge. dude on the phone says YUP I have original and HD and gave me the prices. I said, as soon as I finish at the cell phone store I will be over to get this taken care of. I get to Lloyd Center at 815pm. and go to the spot I have been getting these covers for since 2010… and guy at Cricket Kiosk says«They went out of business like 2 weeks ago». I’m like what are you talking about, I just talked to the guy not a hour ago. I called the number and of course no answer. Needless to say. apparently I drove to Lloyd Center from Vancouver for nothing. So disappointed.

After being seriously disappointed by the Clackamas location’s attempt to force me into their«loyalty plan» I immediately called the Lloyd Center location(as i thought it was under different ownership). I asked the employee how much installation on a warranty replacement would be. The employee on the phone said $ 5. So I drove all the way out to Lloyd Center to find out that I was lied to. The installation is $ 5 only if you subscribe to their loyalty program and pay all the upfront loyalty program fees. I have bought screen protectors from these two locations for years and have recommended it to all of my friends. I will never do business here again. I will find a new screen protector that actually honors their warranty and doesn’t use it as an excuse to make more money.

Jeff did the install on my iPhone 6 Plus, he put on the the Glass shield, absolutely perfect job. He has put shields on earlier phone, all done perfect

Horrible service, when they are selling you a product they tell you that you can come in at anytime and they will give you a new shield and for $ 5 they can install it. But when you come in to get it they would not give it to you, or you can order it online for $ 5 shipping. Really it cost $ 5 for shipping when you can put it in the envelope and put Standart post stamp on it.

I love my invisable shield, which I purchased at another location. I was at the Lloyd Center and stoped by this booth to have it checked. I’ve never been treated so poorly by such a rude sales person/manager in my life. If there were not other locations to purchase this product I’d never ever use it as this guy is such a jerk. He doesn’t have any understanding of customer service and when I said so he said it wasn’t necessary as all business eventually go out of business anyway so it didn’t mater how he treated people! Who ever owns this store needs to fire this guy and get a new staff if he wants to stay in business at this location. Too bad he’s giving such a bad reputation to an otherwise great product.

I’m not sure what all the angry fuss is about – I suppose I’ve never had the displeasure of dealing with this«Jake» owner person, I’ve only ever dealt with Josh(who has always reminded me a little of Chris Pirillo from Lockergnome.) I’ve brought in several different devices(and had them recovered at the $ 5/installation warranty replacement rate) several times over with fast, friendly service EVERY time. Even with little chunks peeled up and missing from the corners, though most of my screens have always been intact if not a little gummy and beat up. Recently, I was fortunate enough to snag the last screen for my apparently no longer being made Galaxy Nexus S(man alive, tech gets outmoded FAST these days!) I’ve occasionally thought about installing it myself but for $ 5, a quick polish, spray & squeegee, I’d rather let the guy who covers them all day long do it for me.
