Jiffy Lube

Due to vandalism, my windshield wipers were bent and unusable. The men got me in instantly, didn’t try to sell me anything accept exactly what I needed and then when they saw I also had a rock chip, fixed it for half off. They even washed all my windows, even though they didn’t have to. All very kind men, kept joking around with my daughter and made what could have been a stressful moment very easy.

I will not be back. This was the very first time I had ever gone to a shop to have my oil changed. It was last December and I just didn’t feel like doing it myself. I went in for a basic oil change. Was supposed to be 19.99. As I watched from the waiting area I saw them wash the windows (half assed and streaky I might add) and poor in the new oil. I assumed the filter must have been underneath given that this was a new car to me and I hadn’t personally done it myself yet. They ended up changing me for a higher package that includes vacuuming and what not. Only 10 $ extra so I didn’t pitch a fit. Got to my car and they had not vacuumed and hardly washed the two front windows. Figured I’d call and complain later on. Now today I do my oil change myself and found that they did not change the filter. It was black and shriveled even. And that it can only be changed from the top side of the engine. My guess is they didn’t even try but what’s worse is they told me they replaced it. The man I dealt with in December was friendly enough but obviously thought women did not contain knowledge about vehicles. I will not be back and will advise anyone else to go elsewhere. Very unhappy

Had a great in and out the door experience today. Chanda went over options with me and helped me find the right oil change for my budget and hooked me up with some sweet coupons haha. Michael and the other tattooed gentleman working under the lift were fast and thorough and helpful as well. Glad I stopped by! Entire process probably took 20 minutes or less

Totally overcharged me then tried to say I didn’t give then enough money cause they can’t count apparently? Whatever, the worst part is they didn’t close the hood of my car. Is that not covered with my oil change? Totally bitched about vacuuming out the front part of my car, which is supposed to be included. Don’t really like having a bunch of space cadets working on my car. hood flying up was an added crappy bonus. Not a good time.

Friendliest place in the area for oil changes, very personable, and I should know considering my car leaked so badly i had to come in for top ups once a week for half a year. The staff made a point of getting to know me some which was appreciated. There is only one guy working here who I don’t like and it’s only because he assumes that because I’m female I’m car stupid enough to buy pointless things and tries to talk me into literally every service they offer every time and talks down to me. The rest of the staff is super friendly, the manager is always on the floor chatting with customers. I don’t dread going here like most oil places.

They were plenty jiffy but I felt totally HOSED and LUBED! It was my first time using a jiffy. I wish I had read about or had asked someone what to expect. Those «upgrades» they talk you in to is the problem! I did need some extra things done. The guy kept saying «but this is discounted by $ 25 and this is $ 8 off… etc while pointing to his computer screen. I could not see the shielded computer screen unless I leaned (too far) into his personal space. He really held his ground in front of that screen. I could have SWORN he said $ 73 was my total «menu» so I said «that sounds good, let’s do it» Each time I agreed to a menu item, he turned to tell his guys to perform the procedure. It was quite mesmerizing really, not unlike a casino experience! In my dazzled state I had agreed to $ 273! It all began with that $ 19.99 oil change special: Ouch! It was truly my fault. I should have looked closer anyway! MOVE, let me see that screen dude! It’s great that young people are finding work at the Jiffy but sorry, I am going back to the dealership!
