Hands-​down the fastest oil change I’ve had so far. Friendly staff reasonably priced. ¹⁰⁄₁₀ will return

Been sitting here watching highschool/​college aged punks walk around and «work» on the car in front of me for a half hour. IT SHOULD NEVER TAKE THAT LONG… all 4 guys starring and walking around. I’m backing my car out and leaving… this Jiffy LUBE sucks!

My car has never leaked oil and it started leaking immediately after my oil change. I had oil all over my driveway. I brought I back in to make sure the oil plug and filter were properly put in. They denied causing an issues. They treated my husband an I horribly. Never coming back here again.

My boyfriend and I went to this Jiffy Lube to get our oil changed. First the guy rudely asked us «are you gonna have enough money?» Yes, we have plenty of money, thank you. And then (yes there’s more) as we’re driving my car, it suddenly over heats for the first time since I’ve had it. We pull over and the radiator cap is missing, there is coolant everywhere, and the the cap to my washer fluid is off. Not to mention my coolant is over the max, so they must of messed with that as well. After receiving a nasty ass call from me, My boyfriend and I walked back to dollar tree where we were previously were and found the cap (thank god) in the middle of the parking lot. And let me just include we spent $ 70 there. Never again.

Crooks and Thieves! Not even sure they did the work they said they did now. Have been going to Jiffy Lube for years and know all the stories, but guess I’ve had good luck. Went in to get my typical oil change here for the first time. The night before I had had to shake my ash tray to get the change to fit. The night after I got the oil changed here, the change was cleaned out other than about $ 2.00. Staff was pleasant, but that’s while they cleared out my change. I hope they liked the $ 2-​$ 3 they got, it’s the last they will get from me.

By far the worst oil-​change service I have ever had. With one car in the bay I was asked to park my car behind it, no issue. Then another person arrives ten minutes behind me and another garage is immediately opened for this other person, I reached stage one of being annoyed.
It was about 45 minutes before they acknowledged me as being in the waiting room (where they sent me) to talk about the service I wanted. By this time the person who came in after me had come and gone. Stage two complete.
After I asked for a simple oil change and a rock chip repair (this is the ONLY reason I used this place in the past and ever came back), I waited another 50 minutes for that to be done, I had now been at Jiffy Lube almost an hour, I watched an entire episode of General Hospital. Stage three.
Then my car was moved out of the bay, I was thrilled to see it ready, only to not have anyone at the desk for me to pay or leave. I asked several people if they could help me, no one could except the lady working the desk. After another 15 minutes I finally found her, she was in the office with someone else trying to find an invoice from months back about someone who claimed they got a rock chip repaired there covered by insurance. They ignored several customers to focus on a person who was too cheap to pay $ 30 for a rock chip repair. Stage four.
After two hours I finally got to go home, once I arrived, I finally got to see that they didn’t even fix the rock chip I paid for. This was the only reason I put up with this crap service time after time. Stage five.
Long story short, they are horribly at running a business, I will never go back and I advise people to do the same, unless you have an entire day to waste.

Kind, but stupid. They should ask when they have questions about a modification and not take the car apart.

I’ve gone to this Jiffy Lube for years! The technicians always keep me informed, give me good car maintenance advice and get me in and out quickly.

Awful service, avoid this location. They rotated half, yes only 2, of the tires. The time before they took 3 hours to change my brake pads. I will not return to this location.

I went here today for my brakes & have never been so pleased with service I’ve had done on my car. All the guys were extremely friendly and very knowledgable. Normally when I leave car places I leave feeling like I was ripped off, not here. They were so helpful and went above and beyond to price all of my options. I will never go to another Jiffy Lube location.
BTW Chris there is amazing, he’s all about great customer service and was so honest. I encourage everyone to go to this location!

I skimmed reviews on Jiffy Lube and I think you’re either content or displeased with little in-​between.
The only thing I would go for is for their basic conventional oil change and stay in your car the entire time so that you have a full control of what is going on and know right away if they’re abusing your car.
The good thing: I got in at like 5:30 and was out of there at about 5:50 with a new filter and oil for $ 20, which in my opinion is the only thing worth going to Jiffy Lube and is actually a good deal. A regular oil change is worth having it done by someone as long as you can have it done for $ 20 within 60 — 90 minutes. When you add the cost of gas to drive to/​from store, then drive again to get rid of the spent oil and supplies used to clean up your area, you’re easily past $ 20 and 60 – 90 minutes already spent on oil.
JL prey on upselling you services that you did not come in for. I pre-​declined everything and the tech instantly turned from pleasant to a total jerk rude bastard as if I just dined and dashed on him.
Maybe rudeness is their technique to discourage customers who they don’t have a hope of upselling to from coming back. Oh well, let them go off on you, and let it out the other ear. Stay in your car and be very assertive that you do not want anything done that you did not ask for and keep an eye out so that they don’t mess with anything else and don’t get talked into opening your wallet. Don’t let them «check» anything else and don’t let them mess with your tires.

These guys were great! I stopped in spur of the moment to get my fan belts to stop squeaking and to get an oil change. They did everything very well, and I’m definitely a happy customer. I’d recommend this particular shop for anyone in that area with car needs.

I visited this location at the beginning of November to get my brakes changed. The location that is next to me didn’t offer that service. When i went i was told how long the service would take and it ended up taking a lot longer than anticipated, although there were at least three gentlemen working on my car all at once. Upon getting the new brakes I was told since I had gotten my tires rotated the day before that in 500 miles I should take my car back in to have the tires «adjusted». This is the first time I had ever been told that after getting a tire rotation and that it was weird. I went to drive the car after the service and noticed a weird noise on one wheel that it turned out something still needed to be clipped off, as well as they almost forgot to give me the key to taking my wheels off.
Fast forward approximately 600 miles after the service…
Just last week I noticed a knocking noise under the front of my car on my way to work that was very concerning. So concerning that I called a mechanic over my lunch break and despite them being fully booked, they were so nice as to have me come in to take a look and make sure it wasn’t a safety concern since they couldn’t get me in for a couple of days. When I went to take it in the mechanic began to take my car for a test spin with me and the noise was so concerning he instantly turned back. Long story short the mechanic informed me that I was just minutes away of losing my front wheel and that he could unscrew the bolts from my wheel with his fingers. I was just minutes away from being in a very bad accident and the last place I had taken my car for service was at this location.

Outstanding, friendly service… Didn’t feel I was being talked into something I didn’t need, however they did offer everything but the kitchen sink, but I knew that was part of the deal. When someone offers a service in which you can’t, or wont do, you have to go along with the show. If you don’t like the sales pitch, change your own oil. F.Y.I. I know this sounds like I work there, but I assure you I am only a happy customer.

Just got my oil changed here a few days ago. The service was great. The mechanic was very friendly and polite and they were done in no time. They even vacuumed the floors in my car as a customary service. But like the other reviews have mentioned, the sales pitch was a bit much. I know they are required to do it so I can’t be too mad at the poor guy waiting on me but it was still very annoying. After saying, «I only want an oil change and nothing else.» for the third time it starts to wear thin. I will be back, especially since it’s just a few blocks away but I will probably leave slightly annoyed.

I got great, polite service here when I went if for an oil change one Sunday morning. Sure, they try to upsell you, but that’s what businesspeople do; you can always say no. I would definitely go back for my oil changes here.

If you’re looking for a place to have your vehicle serviced that you can trust, just keep looking. Having been to two Jiffy Lube’s in different cities (different ownership) I was appalled at the constant hounding to upsell me on every little thing. This specific Jiffy Lube did a standard oil change for me and tried to get me to buy ~$ 100 worth of needless maintenance in the process. If you have little knowledge of how cars work, their tactics will probably work. Once I left the place I noticed an oil leak coming from my car on my driveway (I had a completely clean driveway before that). I took it back hoping to take advantage of the «Signature Service Guarantee» and the stores General Manager told me it wasn’t their problem and that the leak was there before I brought it in. If I trusted these guys with my vehicles I would actually go there every time I needed an oil change but they have done nothing to earn it. Avoid this place at all costs. Reading the other reviews, it amazes me that this place would get higher than 2 stars based on their feedback. If you have to refuse the extra services they offer, then that’s a fail in my book.
