I like that they come out to the car when the line is long. Good coffee. They don’t keep you at the window with banal attempts at meaningless conversation like Human Bean.

Dutch Bros. I’m definitely a fan. Nice employees, decent medium-​roast coffee, and great prices.
This location is a little bit slow on service, but they are working on it.

It was our first time here and it was amazing! The service was fast (one person taking orders before you even get to the window) she was very helpful and friendly along with the guy at the window (it wasn’t over the top or fake) I had the kicker and my fiancé had the 911! Wish they had these in Seattle, we will be stopping by again before we head back and definitely anytime we are in Oregon!

Tayler, did an excellent job tonight with helping us; what an asset to this Dutch stand! Ordered a large iced Domino Coco Mo… so so good! Yeah it’s late, but hey I might as well be staying up right!!! Thanks Dutch, another stand and still the same delicious drink! Strait out of GP, I love my Dutch Bros. Coffee — thanks again Tayler you did a great job and really made my night!

If you are looking for a sweet treat in the morning or any time they are really good! Didn’t have one in Reno but they are everywhere here.

Blended strawberry rebel! Been getting that every day cause it’s so addicting! Love the drinks and I absolutely love the service. The gals here are super pleasant and make the transaction super sweet — even tho this place is kinda out of my way I will still go back to this location cause I love the employees there and they make my drinks perfectly every time.

Talk about your one stop shop! TOP notch service and fantastic employees! I have been to several coffee shops around town and this DUTCH BROS location ROCKS! They make superb high quality drinks that always taste great! A local community coffee shop that I recommend we should all try! The manager trains his staff very well. Everyone is service oriented! I really don’t know what the hype is all about. We stopped by here on the way home. It was about 8pm. The overly caffeinated girl was almost in my vehicle. She asked me if we were having a good weekend. if we were on our way home from work… where I work. what I do… if we have children… and on and on and on. My boyfriend felt so uncomfortable. I had to tell her that she was being really aggressive and intrusive. They were all so very young but it would not surprise me if cocaine was on board or some other upper. And the coffee wasn’t even that great. It was ok but tasted a little burnt. I left feeling exhausted. Next time I would pretend I was on the phone and or just roll my window up. Honestly, I don’t think there will be a next time! Did I just have an awful experience??? This place has such a following I expected better. We just wanted a coffee and to leave but it felt like an unnecessary high pressure situation. She clearly didn’t pick up on social queues. Whatever happened to the good old days of Coffee People?

Love, love, love this place! Super happy, friendly staff. They know my order & have it ready as I pull up. Who wouldn’t love that!

Absolutely the best customer service serving tasty treats. I live close to this location but had avoided it because there was always a line of cars. On a recent hot evening I broke down and decided to try it.
That line is deceiving; the staff came out of their building to take our orders while we were in line. It great that it was not talking into a box to hear a distorted voice take your order. But it wasn’t just that they personally took our order, it was the fact that they were incredibly friendly and polite. By the time we got to the window our order was ready. And yes, the three frosty shakes were excellent.
As a way to thamk them and let them know how great they were, my son awoke the next morning to be there at 5am to thank them and let them know how much we loved our experience. And yes, the morning coffee, hot cider, and lemon poppyseed muffin top were great.
This customer service has made me a convert from Starbucks.

I have been coming to this location since its open. Since the open there has been some turnover, however the customer service is above and beyond any other stand. The traffic design is a bit off but the customer service makes up for it. They are fast, efficient and it doesn’t matter who is at the window, old or new i get the same experience. Best on the biz. Period.

My friend and I wanted to grab some coffee before our hike. She suggested Dutch Bros since it’s close to where she lives. A few things:
1. Get ready for some EXCELLENT customer service. As soon as we pulled our car up, we were greeted by one of friendliest barista I’ve ever met. I told her that I was new to Portland and to the coffee chain, she was quick to provide plenty of helpful suggestions as well as lots of time to decide. I ended up getting my drink on the house as a ‘Welcome to Portland’ gesture. I wasn’t expecting this at all but appreciated their kind gestures.
2. Some seriously strong coffee options! I did a double take when I saw some of the items on the menu… such as the 911 (Irish Cream and 6 shots)…yes, 6 shots is an option and they’ll add more shots if you want more. Yep, this is not a place for coffee newbies! If you’re hoping to sleep at night, there are a lot of other drink options. My friend and I ordered the kicker (the original blend of Irish cream) and the cocomo (their version of a coconut mocha).
Verdict: Helloooooooo energy for our hike! My friend and I left with some very caffeinated drinks that were quickly consumed. Although the drinks were sweeter than I usually prefer, I like how they are more than happy to customize it based on your tastes. So don’t be afraid to tell them what you like/don’t like!
Overall, I recommend going to Dutch Brothers if you’re near one. It’s quick, the customer service is beyond friendly and memorable, and the drinks will provide endless energy to check off that to-​do list! As a San Diegan, I’m a bit bummed that they currently don’t have any locations in my area but I’ll definitely be back when in Portland.

I was a dollar short for my coffee and they let me drive off :/​I know it was just a dollar… but it made my day.

This is the best Dutch brothers location I have ever visited. Whoever manages this location deserves a gold medal along with all of the employees. The employees are always super polite, friendly and efficient. They always ask you how your day is going and seem like they actually care about your answer. Today I drove through after a long tough day. I honestly replied that it been a bit of a rough day with the kids. The nice young man handed my coffee to me and said, «I’m going to make your day better right now. Your coffee is on us today.» these guys go above and beyond in customer service and have made my day numerous times. To the young man tonight, thank you for making this tired mom’s day a little bit brighter. You have a customer for life!

It’s about that double torture cold is so yummy! And I love the caramelizer hot. the people there are so nice and energetic. And they are very fast. And also they have a walk up window that make it very convenient when I’m walking my dog. And they always have the best music playing.

My friend and I grabbed coffee from this location over the weekend (second time I have been there), and I felt compelled to write a quick review to compliment the AMAZING customer service. The people that work here are warm, upbeat, and genuine and when I drove away my friend and I had big dumb smiles on our faces because of how kick ass they were. I wish more places were like this!

I remember driving by the location as it was being built and I just couldn’t wait for it to open. I could have been setting myself for disappointment but I was floored by how awesome the people here are. Very friendly and very on the ball. They’re great with my dog even when he’s pestering them for more and more treats.
You can’t really go wrong with any Dutch Bros establishment, I’m just ecstatic they opened up so close to me. I had to up my monthly coffee budget to accommodate for them.

The best Dutch Brother’s location I have ever been to!
These kids are always so friendly, and on the ball. This location generally has little to no line when I drive up. When there is a line they move it along quickly, and do a good job of getting out to the cars, taking orders, and having them ready when you make it up to the window.
There is a great variety of flavors, regular and sugar free. They have most every kind of milk, and non-​milks like Almond, Soy, and even Coconut milk.
Why go to Starbucks when you can support local and the coffee is so good?
Plus, as I am everyone is aware, the baristas are not only super friendly, but easy on the eyes. Although, at this point they make me feel old, maybe even super old, lol.

Let me start off by saying thank you for opening a Dutch bros near me. Then I want to talk about how amazing your staff here is. Being someone in the hospitality industry I appreciate quality customer service, and this particular location has it. They are alway smiling, genuinely look like the enjoy where they work, and just really good at what they do.
The product that Dutch bros puts out there is consistent and but I cannot always say that about the service, because most locations it seems like they are trying too hard. This particular location just kills it on every angle. They drive a good product with even better service.
