I’ve lived here twice in the past 10-​years and has completely gone to hell with Northwest Rent Property Management and their employees on-​site. Smells like dogs in every room, you can clearly hear neighbors, manager on-​site is worthless, ridiculous fees, terrible laundry room service, worst move-​out process, terrible communication, terrible maintenance, INSANE utility bills that are shared with all in the building, etc. etc. etc.
If you just moved here from California, then move here, otherwise you’ll find much better options.
