Do not go in here if there is some girl named kaylie (if that even IS her name) working. She is a terribly stuck up person. Rude and despicable when dealing with customers — which is sad because I love Kate Spade and they are usually on top of their game with customer service. And honestly, what is with these sales associates who think they can judge people? Your job is to help your customers — take several seats before you start being a pretentious pain in the ass when you’re working in retail in your mid/​late 20’s or 30’s… Nobody is going to pay for or deal with shit/​judgmental service. Courtney, a different sales associate offered a discount for mine and my friends troubles which I declined and the manager, Julie asked me to drop by again. While I appreciate their efforts to make up for that one person’s disgusting behavior, I am going to pass. I’m only pointing out the issue to let them know it’s fucked up to treat customers like that and that girl needs to realize she can’t act that way towards people. She needs to either relearn basic manners or simply quit if she can’t do her simple job. As for me, I’ll get my Kate Spade items from Nordstrom or elsewhere.
Sales associates: please keep yourself in check lmao. Nobody is jealous of you for working at Kate Spades. Don’t look down on people who enter your store because they wouldn’t be there if they couldn’t afford it :)

Came here with my wife shopping for a bag yesterday.
The store staff was very friendly and showed my wife several bags that fit what she had described she was looking for.
I really appreciated how great they were, even though we decided not to buy a bag from here.

This is my favorite store in town. If I plan on dropping $ 50 on earrings, I hope to feel like a princess in the process– and I do! I love it here. Their customer service is unparalleled. I will stick with this Kate Spade for as long as I can!

Kate Spade ran out of a crossbody bag I wanted online, and the chat specialist told me to call the Portland store to have the one they carried shipped to me. The employee I talked to was super helpful! She applied the sale and free shipping to my order and even asked if I wanted her to keep all the new-​product wrapping on the bag. (I’m weird and totally like having the zippers/​handles papered up when I open things!) This was just over the weekend that I ordered and I come home today, Tuesday, to see my package on my doorstep! What really takes this good review home is that I got a hand-​written thank-​you note from Courtney at the Portland store and the whole package was just wrapped up adorably. I love my new bag and I loved the kind and quick customer service. Thanks, Courtney and the Portland Kate Spade!

This store disappoints. Staff seems bizarrely self-​absorbed — and often chatting, laughing, posing noisily among themselves. Really? Inevitably there will be one low-​on-​the-​totem pole salesperson who is helpful — while the others party on. Strange vibe and not good for business. I like KS but will be buying it elsewhere in the future.

I absolutely love Kate Spade stuff, and going into this store is like walking into fashion heaven! Everything sparkles and is so cute. What I love about this place is the staff– I went in to purchase a small gift and was treated like royalty even though my purchase was under $ 35 dollars! The guy helping me out was very friendly and made the experience super fun.

YAAAY my Kate Spade!!! Oh how I feared moving to Portland I’d be without you, so glad I found you! Nestled inside the Pioneer Place mall, there you are. And how lucky am I that the first day I walk in you are having a storewide everything 25% off promo. Thank you Cameron for my new grey-​colorblocked crossbody bag! I love it, very practical for rainy days. Staff was super friendly, and genuinely cheerful. They are passionate about Kate and very approachable.
The store has sale items on the back wall. Also in the back of the store you’ll find several shoes, and some (not several) Kate blouses/​dresses/​skirts. Upfront is all handbags and wallets. They have a lot of leather goods, obviously a lot of Kate-​pink, neutrals, and colors of the season, so you’re surely to find something you like. They’re really nice about you «trying out the bags too» by putting all your purse contents inside to make sure everything fits.
Favorite place in the mall, and first stop next time I’m back for sure!

I like this place best when the dog is there. Sometimes there is a super cute bulldog there, and I go into the store simply because shiny shit + friendly puppy = what are you even doing not being in this store.
I personally like to come here for their electronic accessories — kindle covers, iphone cases, laptop bags. I am a practical woman, and Kate’s little golden spade logo fits that neat tidy space in my head, heart, and wallet.

When I walked into the store, I nearly had a heart attack from all the cute, in a good way. It was hard keeping my spending to Christmas shopping, especially when the customer service and sales girl was so pleasant and helpful. They also had some excellent sales!

As I was walking by the store, something glittery caught my eye and like the tractor beam from the Death Star, I was sucked into the store. Once inside, I was faced with possibly the cutest little pink, glittery shoes I have ever seen in my whole life.
Toward the back, you will find there is an entire wall of darling, colorful shoes, flats, heels, wedges, oh my! There is clothing, handbags and other accessories but it was the shoes that caught my fancy. The sales staff too were as bright and cheery as the beautiful wares in the store.
Forget Disney, this colorful place is the happiest place on Earth.

Holiday shopping has turned into THE most annoying thing – even for an avid shopper like myself. I can’t deal with the crowds, bad service, inconsiderate people, etc. Even though I’m the coupon-​queen, I will pay full price to not have to deal with the craziness that has become ‘the holiday season’.
Enter Kate Spade @ Pioneer Place. I already have a soft-​spot for my stomping grounds – so many great years in Portland, and I’ve never been THAT big of a Kate Spade fan – though how could one not help but fall in love with the place this year. One word describes it all — FESTIVE!!! :)
It was love at first sight — the bright, bold colors… he shine, the shimmer, and just enough, though not too much, sparkle. I wanted to buy EVERYTHING in the store (and we didn’t :)) It was so nice to visit a yummy-​licious boutique in the middle of downtown Portland, 3 days before Christmas and be enveloped in MY kind of winter wonderland. *sigh*
And, the best part is knowing that in a few weeks, everything I fell in love with will be ON SALE! :)

The Kate Spade store… a haven of cutie patootie purses and knick knacks! I especially love the stationary, and it is all very decently priced. It may be luxury, but it’s the middle of the road sort of luxury that we can all talk ourselves into.
I suggest you take a visit to this brightly colored wonderland of fun.
