When Unilocal 5-​star means it’s as good as it gets, let me tell you as a foreigner that lived in Hong Kong for a while and also someone that has tasted all the fantastic Cantonese joints in Vancouver, BC, this is legit in every sense of the word.
Taste, texture, aroma, visual appeal, variety, it’s as authentic as it gets for a «porridge, rice noodle, egg noodle» joint in Cantonese speak.
My favorites are of course wonton egg noodle soup. Love the 5-​spice beef brisket/​tendon. Always get the sliced fish w/​porridge with fried dough rolls.
Their veggie dishes are a nice complement to all the gluttony.

This noodle house was great! So unsuspecting, we met a couple friends here and were just blown away by how crowded it was.
The place is jamming, a small restaurant, but the food comes out quick and the tables turn equally as quickly. They serve two different sizes of soups and the regular size, although looked small when it came out, was just perfect.
The broths are well developed and hit the spot on a cold winter day.
