I started seeing Dr. Valentine when he was practicing at the Green Apple Dental. I like his service to much so I followed him to his new practice! He performed 3 gum graft procedures for me to add volume to my receding gum. He and his staff always made sure that I was comfortable during the procedures, and the after-​care service was great too. His maticulous work has been great for my gum. I highly recommend Dr. Valentine and his friendly staff for all your dental care.

Let me begin by saying that a trip to the dentist for me is akin to an attack of giant tarantulas, and so a five star rating for a dentist and staff from me says a great deal! Dr. Valentine is thorough, knowledgable, explains everything as he goes along, and is gentle. He listens carefully to all concerns, offers different options, and I have never felt rushed or on an assembly line of patients. The hygienist is the best as well. The front desk staff and assistants also deserve the highest of praise. Prices run on the average to lower side of the Portland standard. If you lack dental insurance, like me, they offer a 5% discount if you pay in full which really helps.
When I am having a long or major procedure and feeling anxious (my issue from really awful childhood dentistry experiences and not from this dental office) Dr. Valentine will discuss and prescribe anxiety reducing medication if necessary. I very highly recommend Dr. Valentine!
