Legacy-GoHealth Urgent Care – Williams

Per the website this location opens at 8. I arrived at 8 to locked doors. I waited 5 minutes and was told the provider was not in. Suggestion: open at 9.

This urgent care clinic was great — I was feeling sick, but didn’t want to wait to see my usual doctor. There was NO wait, very little paperwork, and the MA and NP who treated me were both very friendly and professional. The NP even took the time to read through my medical history before meeting with me. The total visit only took 30 minutes which was awesome — when you’re feeling sick the last thing you want to do is sit in a waiting room. Best urgent care experience I have ever had!

Our 8 month old daughter was having slight breathing issues so we knew we needed to go get it checked out. We were visiting family for the holidays so we weren’t familiar with this urgent care network but our healthcare provider recommended it since we’re covered out of state. Walking into an empty waiting room, my wife and I were nervous about what type of service to expect. The nurse and nurse practitioner immediately came out and kindly greeted us. They went on to mention that the location has only been open for a month and you can tell by the smell of «newness» in the air. The location was fairly small with 4 patient rooms and the entire location has an open feel with no separation from the waiting room and patient rooms. The staff was really friendly and made great conversation to «relax» us from being too concerned (nervous) about our child. Once we got to the patient room, the nurse practitioner was very kind and definitely knew how to properly interact with babies. After checking out the symptoms, the NP made a better judgment call to not settle for her assessment but instead recommended that we head over to Legacy Health Children Emergency ER which was only two blocks away. Based on the recommendation, we weren’t charged fort the visit either. The level of kindness in their customer service was outstanding. Thanks again!
