Legacy Laboratory Services

Not available when they said they would be. Had to wait 40 minutes for a simple 5 minutes lab collection.

Had to wait an hour to do a 7 minute procedure. Talked to the manager who was very professional, but you can’t make up for bad service. Really disappointing. I expected better at Legacy (Providence is pretty bad with lab services too!) Kaiser shines…

I don’t know how to review a laboratory. lol. I have to go for recurring labs and have always chosen to go here; I enjoy the staff and seem to get in and out!

This site is better than any other. I like the staff and they always make me laugh even when getting blood draws.

I previously mentioned in my other drug test facility (Quest Diagnostics Incorporated, NW Pettygrove) review that I would review another drug test facility. That facility is Legacy Laboratory Services on NE 2^nd.
I figured that I would have to wait at least half an hour seeing as I didn’t make an appointment. I’m not even sure if they take appointments, but I just walked on in. I was seen IMMEDIATELY (When does that ever happen??) and taken on back.
This was my first drug test, so I didn’t know exactly what to expect. The man who conducted the test said nothing more than what I needed to know. I was efficient, he was efficient, things went very smoothly.
The sample collection bathroom seemed a little gross (not unclean, just gross. What else do you expect from a bathroom, though?), but it gave me privacy.
That was easy!
That was fast!
Best experience I’ve ever had at a health or medical center! Go Legacy!
