Levi’s Store

I had a great experience at this store yesterday!
I went to return some jeans I ordered online. They didn’t carry that style. So Iooked for something comperable. Nothing fit, nothing fit, nothing fit. I decided since this was pretty much the best selection of Levi’s around to look for an old-​school heavier denim. I was about to give up on fitting my pre-​Gen-​x/​Post-​Boomer physiqe but I was encouraged by Lydia to try the men’s selection, and go up 2 sizes. SCORE!
I realize she was making a sale, but between juggling 3 other folks in the fitting rooms (including a mom with a teen girl, a girl trying to get her BF to buy some decent jeans, and another dude), and coaching all of us on decent fit, she wouldn’t give up on me. I was resolved to go back to mega-​spandex denim when she suggested a style she reccomended to lots of women and after several tries I found a pair I can live with. I love my new Levi’s!
Also, when they rang up my return, the price was a higher than what was on the invoice, and they said it wasn’t a problem. Although the new jeans were more expensive, I saved even more!

The girl at the register was a sweetheart but when we came to do an exchange she was having a hard time and her coworker, Greg seemed less than thrilled to have to help us. He made sure to check out at least two groups of people before he helped our cashier with the exchange even though she made it clear she needed his help. He seemed annoyed and was a jerk. I hope I never have to come back to this store again.

We have come here with our crew of 3 small kids on more than one occasion, and the sales staff has been so helpful with them, making our shopping experience easier. Thank you for the excellent customer service and of course the awesome products you offer!

Shopping at this store was soul sucking experience! The moment I entered the store I was instantly accosted by the sales people, I just wanted to look around the store on my own and they constantly asked questions wouldn’t leave me alone. Eventually I asked if they had a size larger then 32 and she seemed like it was the most embarrassing question a person could possibly ask. After much effort she found a 33 «I know we have them somewhere we normally don’t keep these on the floor» apparently no one ever has needed a 33… Although this was a horrible experience I ended up paying 80 $ jeans which look great on me. Although I will never visit this store again!

I will not go back to this Store. Terrible customer service. Rude and condescending. Terrible return policy

This store is great. I had one of the best experiences shopping there just the other day. I’m typically one who likes to be left alone to browse and shop around but one of the employees there named Walker who greeted me very enthusiastically took me on a short but guided tour of the wild Levi’s Store of Portland. I told him I wanted to check out the clearance section and he painstakingly looked through all of them to find me multiple off color 36×30s. He even grabbed a pair of blue jeans for me to try on for the hell of it and I now wear them every day. I absolutely love them and wouldn’t of had them unless he suggested I try them. I ended up dressed head to toe with a long sleeve shirt, and two pairs of pants for under 65 bucks. He even took of his vest and gave it to me to try on and it was cool but a little too fancy for me.
Walker if your employer sees this buy chance. Give that man a raise! Cool dude and extremely helpful.

If you crave for classic jeans then this is your place. This is nothing out of the ordinary that companies produce for the mass.
If you’re looking for something nice and special, then you might want to look elsewhere but I would suggest calling the store before starting your engine and finding out they don’t have the model/​size/​color you’re looking for. They are more than welcoming to assist you.
They often give good discounts. It’s just most if not all are not my thing. I was looking for that awesome white jeans that is relaxed fit. They don’t have it. Well, they had the skinny/​slim fit ones for most of their models.
I went here for the classic finding out I am beyond classic.
It is not expensive here. Well, it is in Portland hipster standards. It’s almost shopping at Nordstrom Rack but you’ll drown in denim. ;)
Again, it wasn’t my flavor but it may as well be for some.

i’ve been in here twice since living in portland and i’ve left feeling pretty weird both times. there is some very over the top, twilight zone sales campaign in effect here. i probably won’t be back, i was that overwhelmed… «can i help you find a size?» «what size are you?» «do you want me to check in the back?» «i have more colors in the back.» «have you seen our commuter jeans?». i know they’re just trying to help and/​or do what their manager says, but it’s just way too much. having said that, everyone working was very, very nice, but i couldn’t even hear myself think, let alone make a decision on what to try on or buy. just real weird…

I use to hate this store. I hated because while normally I wore a size 32, at Levi’s I was appearently a size 1000, because I couldn’t fit into any jeans! I always left sweaty and disappointed.
Fast forward to Saturday. I have lost some much needed weight, and my now size 30 fits into a size 32 at Levis. How is that for success!
They had a great deal, 50% off a lot of items. I found a great pair of gray jeans that were already marked down to around $ 50 bucks, so it was a steal at $ 25 for jeans.
The sales staff brought me in a ton of different styles and sizes and were overall very help full.

Had a good experience here in my attempt to find khaki-​colored corduroys. In the end I couldn’t find what I wanted, but the store did have lots of options with very (overly?) helpful staff. I will definitely come back here in the future to peruse new styles.

Here’s the deal. The sales staff is wonderful! I had to return one item of a multiple item sale, well within the return period. The person at the register couldn’t process it and brought back the manager who came over with a very irritated expression, unlike the very nice sales staff, was rude, and then said she couldn’t help me at all because they had done some sort of stock transfer and lost the information, etc. Not my fault at all, but she wouldn’t help me. period. I contacted Levis corporate office, and they were very helpful and took care of it. This store would have gotten 5 stars if I based it on the exceptional sales staff and product. The manager however, is another story. I’m a retail manager and I know there is always a way to process these things. I hope she was just having a very bad day.

Just going to say. hella expensive! DH needed new jeans but dang I would never go to another name brand store again. I don’t like name brand places. This was at his request. I nearly had to take out a second loan to get him two pairs of jeans. just yikes!

Although I didn’t buy anything at this store, I found the service mostly great.
One sales person was slightly condescending as she corrected my husband in the jeans he was looking at. Seriously, he doesn’t know since he doesn’t work here, but keep your attitude in check, honey.
Otherwise, the two other sales people at this store were amazing. They were friendly and extremely helpful. One of them, I believe her name was Bree helped measure me since I had no idea what size and cut of jeans I should buy. I appreciate the extra help and guidance in my visit to the store. Staff like this really helps to make a difference.

Before you go to Urban Outfitters across the street and find out how lame and square you are, go across the street to the Levis store. They sell the same Levis as UO for less and better selection.
And there is almost always a sale going on, dirt cheap awesome levis, and the staff amazing and extremely accomodating.

I love this store! First of all, I am a huge fan of the brand. Second, the salesman, Donovan, was fabulous. He was so knowledgeable about the cuts and fabrics. He even told me about washing my new jeans in vinegar. I will become a regular patron here!

I was actually really impressed with my shopping experience here, and I wasn’t even the one shopping. I watched in awe as the sales people waited on my boyfriend hand and foot, running around the store and trying different jeans. Sure, the clothes are overpriced, and the sales people were probably just trying to make sure my boyfriend didn’t steal anything, but I enjoyed their enthusiasm anyway.

Their sales people really toe the line perfectly between being super gracious about fetching 50 pair of jeans and leaving you alone when you just want to contemplate how you look in a pair of 501s. They are never pushy and I never feel pressured to help someone make their commission.
I couldn’t be happier with my shopping experience there.
