LOFT

The only reason I gave ONE star is because I love the clothes. Staff has changed drastically since my last visit which has been several months. Manager: rude… seemed extremely put out I was making an exchange (nothing amiss — tags attached, never worn, receipt and purchased within last week). Would not engage in even the LEAST bit of small-​talk (like the reason WHY I was returning an item? HELLO! You’d think you’d want customer feedback!!). No one greets customers coming into the store, no one helps in the fitting rooms. I was literally SHOVED over by said store manager so she could re-​rack items from the fitting room without even an EXCUSE ME (like I said, she does NOT engage in small-​talk, even of the necessary or POLITE kind). If this happened to me only once, I’d chalk it up to a bad day… has subsequently happened 4 or 5 times. Cashier was also incompetent… can’t handle simple exchanges and returns. I’m no prude but also am uncomfortable with same male staff walking through the fitting room freely… a little disconcerting although I understand they cannot discriminate. Will try to avoid this location at all costs, but considering it’s closest to my home and work, that’s difficult. Bummer.

Love the clothes. Hate the service. I was in here for 30 minutes and was carrying around at least 5 items in my arms and no one said hi or asked if I needed a room but asked all those around me and greeted them. The dressing room attendant didn’t say a word to me either. I spent $ 100 and have spent hundreds in the past in store and online. Ready to stop shopping here from this one experience. Customer service is important especially when you go into a retail store. The cashier was rude as well. Pretty shocked.

Great business clothes for women. I love shopping here for my work wardrobe… And they always have such great sales!

This Loft is located in the Lloyd Center next to the Nordstrom on the second floor. It had a large selection of sales merchandise and helpful staff. I was only window shopping at the encouragement of my hubby. Yes, it’s 100% true and yes, he is definitely taken ;)
While wandering about the store, a helpful associate told me about their clearance sale-​take 40% off the lowest marked price! Woo hoo!
So, I did my part as a patriotic citizen and helped the economy. No thanks needed.
