Lovejoy Surgicenter

Everyone was extremely friendly and professional, from the doctor to the receptionist. I had a great experience from start to finish, and they really worked with me on getting funding and setting up a payment plan. Everything felt very safe, confidential and clean.
Of course I don’t think this is a place any woman would like to be, but I’m glad I chose Lovejoy. They really guided me through the entire process, and are readily available for any questions after as well. They saw me under special circumstances, and were very understanding and not judgmental at all. If I had to go through this again, I would absolutely choose Lovejoy again. The staff feels like a family and I felt very welcomed in that family.

I would like to thank the staff at Lovejoy for making a a hard situation a little bit easier. You are doing good work. The staff was compassionate and kind. Thank you for saving my life and I will forever be grateful. It is my duty to pay it forward and ensure that women’s health care should always be available as it was for me.

I remember coming here a long time ago and I wanted to share that the doctor who performed surgery on me was very kind.
The nurses were also nice, I remember the consultation being lengthy and annoyingly pushy.

The circumstances that brought me to the Lovejoy Surgicenter were less than ideal, but the receptionist, nurses, and doctors were all friendly and professional, but not overly attentive or compassionate. Not to say that they were cold — I felt at ease and comfortable enough around them — but the real stand-​out part of my visit was the (mandatory) counseling session.
Though my memory is hazy, I *think* my counselor’s name was Nicole, and she was amazing. She sat and spoke with me before the procedure, was reassuring and not at all impatient or rushed or distracted, even though I know she counsels women like me all day long, every day. I felt like she really cared about MY situation and too the time to thoroughly address all of my concerns.
I returned for my optional follow-​up counseling about a week later and was ecstatic when I was able to see Nicole again. She remembered my and asked me how I was doing, and again seemed genuinely interested in my well-​being.
My experience at the Lovejoy Surgicenter was the best that it could have been, especially considering the circumstances, and I would recommend them in a heartbeat.
