Maggie S. is SO darling and helpful. My roommate and I had a bunch of stuff to return and exchange. I love Lucky in general, but the customer service here makes me want to shop here all the time. It’s worth driving and parking on 23^rd for!

just arrived in from Manhattan beach. Had some friends take me to 23^rd avenue, to see the shops. saw lucky brand, one of my favorite stores. Went in with my wife and friends to look around. Greeted by two; not just cute sales girls, but very professional. After telling them that I had vey little luggage space, they told me they would be happy to ship it to me. i would up buying 7 things, and the people I were with bought stuff to0. great store, best sales people. Highly recommend. thank you

I love this store!!! The store always has a great selection to choose from and the staff is very accommodating and helpful.
I was looking for a specific color and cut of jean and the sales associate spent a lot of time trying to find the pair of jeans for me.
i have returned to this store many times since had have had nothing but a great shopping experience.

my husband and I went into the store with the intention of just buying a pair of jeans or 2 for him. The salesperson Kate and Steve were so amazing it was like we had our own personal shoppers. Both my husband and I usually get overwhelmed when clothes shopping but because they did all the work it was an easy
instead of just two jeans we ended up leaving with a few outfits that fit great!

This negative review has nothing to do with the actual quality/​appearance of Lucky Brand clothing, which I LOVE, but with the sales people at this particular store.
I entered the store with a friend to just browse and maybe buy something. There was a cop/​security person standing right at the entrance scrutinizing everybody in the store, which immediately made me uncomfortable. I started looking around and a blonde-​haired saleswoman came up to me and was perfectly nice and normal, explaining the 30% off sale that was going on. I continued to shop and found a dress and shirt I liked at which point another saleswoman came up to me and asked if she could set me up with a fitting room, which I agreed to. So far everything was fine.
After trying them on, I put the dress back on the rack, hanging on to the shirt, and was about to continue looking around the store when the second saleswoman – average sized woman in her late 20s, with long brown hair – came up to me again and said, «I can hold that shirt up front for you». I wasn’t really sure if I was going to buy the shirt and wanted to hang on to it because I like to have all my «options» with me when I’m shopping so I can narrow down at the end, so I said «Oh no that’s okay, I’m going to keep shopping so I can just hang on to it.» The woman paused, raised her eyebrows at me and said in a really rude tone, «Yeah. I’ll keep it up front while you keep shopping.» She rolled her eyes and actually physically took the shirt from me.
I was really turned off by this but ignored it and just walked away but I wasn’t really interested in buying anything anymore besides that shirt. So I took a loop around the store and went to the counter where I found the same saleswoman and told her I was ready to check out. She again raised her eyebrows at me and said in the same rude voice, «You must have so much self control to go around an entire store that’s on sale and only buy one thing, I mean wow.» I was REALLY upset at this point and just stayed silent, finished checking out and left.
I didn’t put two and two together until later when my friend told me that both the saleswomen, and especially the second, brown haired one, had been eyeing him suspiciously the entire time he was in the store. My friend and I are both of color and it is quite apparent that these people were suspicious of us stealing for that reason which was the cause of their disrespectful behavior.
I’m definitely not returning to this store, it was an awful experience.
TL;DR: A friend and I (both of color) went to this store and were treated extremely rudely; as if we were stealing from them.

Needed a new pair of jeans so I went over to this store. Very helpful staff. The woman that helped me not only got the jeans I asked for from the back but she also brought out a some other jeans with similar fit. I liked the other ones better than the ones I had originally asked for. New jeans and a half price shirt… I was feeling fine

my boyfriend loves this place. great jeans and when they are on sale you get your monies worth
