Mayberry Roofing

I’d gone to bed one night, heard that dreadfully familiar dripping sound, and discovered the ceiling leaking. The house is old and there was already water damage in the area, so I put a pot underneath, crossed my fingers, and tried to sleep.
Mayberry Roofing was recommended to us by a trusted local commercial roofer and I was impressed from start to finish. Mayberry responded quickly to our initial phone calls, followed up reliably with clear information about pricing and what we could expect from the initial inspection, and coordinated with my work schedule to get someone out to the house the very next day (before 9am).
When they showed up the next morning (right on time!) they were friendly, professional, thorough, and efficient. They looked inside and on the roof, followed up by asking about the attic, which we went together to look at — discovering extensive leaking. Mayberry Roofing provided clear and comprehensive explanations of the various factors affecting our roof, including the structure and condition of our house. Mayberry explained my options (patching the leak vs. replacing the roof) and was straightforward about how long I could put off replacing the roof, what the risks and benefits would be.
Mayberry worked with us to communicate with our landlord about the repairs, offering helpful information so we could resolve the leak quickly. My landlord wanted me to request moss removal and Mayberry let me know that it probably wasn’t a wise investment, given the cost involved and age of our roof.
Since we’re renting, the decision was made to just patch the leak. Mayberry went to work and repaired the leak quickly. Their prices are more than fair. We will definitely call them again if we have any roofing issues! They were fantastic!
